Re-starting for the final time, this is it!!!!

Rachel honeybun 30lbs is amazing, go back & read your diary about how you felt when you first came back & thought you couldn't do it & you have!!! You just have to do as well as you can in the next 3 weeks. I am very proud of you for staying on the wagon as well as you have done since you came back, you will be taking over as bootcamp mistress from me soon xx

haha thanks Lexie, i dont think i will be taking over from you anytime soon :) I am so glad i finally got back into this, and i wouldnt of done it without everyones help and encouragement. so Thank you!! I am dreading christmas though, just hope i can stay strong!!

I was dreading Christmas last year & I was at a similar loss to you if I remember rightly & I did it, I slipped a bit but managed to record a 1/2lb loss which compared to my normal 7lb or so gain I was thrilled with. I am gonna try & do the same this year but I know it will be harder, I just try not to buy the things I have a problem with but I know it will be harder for you with not being at home xx

30lbs in as many weeks is amazing hun! seriously. 2lbs is a fab loss.

xmas is tough for most people. you're in the right mind frame so i'm sure you'll do fab! if you keep up the kettlebells i'm sure it would balance it all out :) xxxx

i only have to look at the food and i gain weight haha. I put it on so easily, saying that i was 5lb up on fridays weight when i weighed in monday morning, but then the next day it had all gone, and today had lost 2lb. So it came quickly and went just as quick. Will just have to be really careful over christmas and try to get walking in while i am there. My dad is always out walking so might tag along with him, he is so fit though and could walk for miles easily and he will be 71 in january. Puts me to shame lol

My mother puts me to shame, she is 71 next month & walks about 4 miles every day, aquafit classes twice a week & is a size 12/14....

That's how I feel sometimes. I think I must inhale the calories, you and Lexie have both done fabulous and it's reading your diaries and your encouragement that have kept me going.
Just do your best per the next few weeks x

Thanks Lisa, going to see what i lose this week and if its not as much as i was hoping i might give up my treat day after weight in, i really want to hit my christmas goal. If that one day is going to slow it down then there is no point having it.

Morning PR i am good today, no plans as yet, going to be a quiet one this weekend after the last one. So hoping i get a good loss this week. how are you? you got any plans?

well yesterday was on ok day till last night, when i heard the chocolates left over from my birthday calling me :( today has been a good day, trying to keep it low cal to undo damage that i have probably done yesterday. Back to kettleworx in the morning :D hopefully that will give me a boost too.

I had a weight watchers ready meal last night for tea, which i am blaming for my hunger last night. First time i have had one in such a long time, and i feel it made me hungrier than i would of been if i had made something myself. So wont be having these again anyway :D

week 2 core done on kettleworx, i really cant do the bit where you spell kettleworx with your legs in the air lol. its so hard!! I am sure in time i will do it!!

Yes, looks easy but is hard :). And yes you will get better in time :) well done on continuing!!
