Wednesday 30th August 2023 - (day 1/90)
Today, I was horrified when I stepped on the scales and realised that I have not lost any weight. I suppose, I should be happy that I have not gained either - I am exactly the same weight.
Yesterday, I was going through the upcoming events and my calendar reminded that there is 90 days to an important event.
Ok, summer is over and relaxation in respect of food is over. I need to concentrate on my eating and ensure to revert back to my normal eating habits.
I need to reduce my weight by a stone by 29th November. My plan is to start a countdown. I know my weight loss is slow but hopefully I achieve my goal. I will weigh myself on Thursday and record it in my diary.
30th August 2023
Start weight : 165 lbs
Target weight (30th November) : 145 lbs (anything below that is a bonus)
Current weight : 165 lbs
B - Brown cheese on a WM toast and sprinkled with seeds, cup of Black tea
L - Aubergine & onion casserole, mixed with yogurt, 2 tbs oil, a large bagel
D -Dinner was a disaster - so much for starting fresh. Went to an event which served canpees but they were all fried Aggrrhh
S - Plum, clementine
F - Glass of wine, 2 diet cokes, 3 Black tea
E - 6,000 steps
