S - Plums, 2 mega scopes of ice cream - thought it would be small but when it was handed to me was very big

L - chicken , rice with creamy sauce, green salad with dressing, 2 scoops of ice cream
D - mixed salad with dressing to small slices of french bread with goat cheese, grapes
S - 1/2 small pkt of crisps
F - 3 black tea, black coffee, water
