I am not sure what is going on with my body, one week I am down and another week I am up again. For the past 28 days I have been doing 30 mins of exercise a day and eat when I feel hungry. I may not have eaten how I used to before - my lifestyle has changed due to work and being away a lot and grab what I can get like sandwiches but I make them myself or ready meals which I used to have once in a blue moon. I must say, I don't walk as much as I used to and perhaps that is something I should start again and see if it makes any difference
L - sausage & egg on panini toast
D - 2 salami sausage
S - Banana, grapes, apple, salted caramel chocolate (200 cals)
F - Ginger & brown sugar drink, 4 Black tea, diet coke
E - 30 mins exercise
