Today, I realised that in almost 2 years I have gained 12 lbs. For a while, I haven't been feeling comfortable and despite every effort, I couldn't kerb my appetite - I don't eat too much and most of it healthy but but eat easy food in work meetings sandwiches, a piece of cake and some soft drinks . This has to stop and I would like to lose at least 75% of this gain by the time I go on holiday in October.
Today is a brand new day so I will make every effort to go back to my healthy eating and take my own food to meetings.
Current weight (27th July 2024) = 164 lbs lbs (11 st 10 lbs)
Target weight (30th September 2024) = 150 lbs (10 st 10 lbs)
B - Banana & cottage cheese in WM toast & sprinkled with seeds
L - Corn salad, oil & vinegar dressing
D - Jacket potato with tuna & TBS mayo
S - Nectarine, 1 walnut, strawberries, mini bar of chocolate
F - Lemon & ginger shot, 5 Black tea
E - 1 HR exercise, 2,000 steps
