Reaching Target in 2020

Last week was disastrous for me foodwise. I ate whatever came in front of me. Today, I realised that enough is enough and I need to take control of my eating.
B - Banana & cheese on WM toast, sprinkled with black seeds and grapes
L - Tuna salad with oil & vinegar dressing
D - Hummus, 2WM toast, mint
S -Apricot, strawberries, clementine
F - 4 Black tea
E - 1.5h exercise, 3,000 steps

Weighed myself today & I have stayed the same 11st 10lbs. Hopefully soon I start seeing a reduction (always takes a long time & I have to be patient)
B - cottage cheese & peanut butter in WM toast, strawberries, grapes
L - Beef salad ( beef friend with onion & TBS butter, leaves, radish, ice, tomato, pickled red cabbage & beetroot)
D - Beetroot crackers with hummus
S - Apricots, plums, strawberries
F - water, 3 black tea
E - 1.5h exercise, 8,800 steps

F - lemon ginger honey shot, 2x pressed mango juice & water, 4 black tea, strawberry & mint water
E - 1.15h exercise, 2,000 steps
