I have been terrible with food as stayed with a friend for a few weeks who cooked all the time. Now time to go back to the drawing board and start again

D - Turkey feast sandwich ( Bread = 2HexB, turkey & ham free, cranberry jam (2 syns), might have had mayo (2 syns))
S - Satsumas
F - 2 black tea, 2 Green tea
E - 9,000 steps

It is amazing how you don't feel hungry & not attracted to food, when you make your mind up about the eating plan and goals
B - Breakfast sandwich ( Bread = 2 HexB), egg & bacon free, sausage (4 syns - there wasn't much of it), cheese (Hex A), cranberry jam (1 syn)
D - leftover chicken, kale & mushroom
S - yogurt with 2tsp syrup, small chunk of preserved jagary topped with chia seeds & 1 walnut
F - 3 black tea with rose petals
E - 6,000 steps
