E - lots of gardening which exhausted me

Can't shake off the habit of having a large meal and then snacking all the time. Going to start afresh again today and see
B - Sea moss mixture, Oats, walnut, cashews, sunflower seeds, frozen fruits, yogurt and milk to make the oats more palatable
L -Steak, boiled sprouts, parsnip, broccoli and carrot, tbs butter for frying
D - mozzarella cheese, kiwi, pepper, crumpet, cashews, sunflower seeds
S -Apple, clementine, 3 prunes, 2 dates and 3 apricots, 1 chic digestive
F - 4 Black tea
E - Lots of gardening, 3,509 steps, 15 mins exercise bike

From then on everything went wrong.
S - 1/2 pkt choc digestives, slice of apple pie, cashew nuts

L - salmon with boiled potato, carrot, sprouts & broccoli
D - Cheese salad roll with TBS mayo.
S - Apple, kiwi, Clementine, 200gr cashews
F - 4 black tea, 3 spice tea ( lime leaves, cinnamon, mace, star anis)
E - 3,000 steps, lots of gardening

Starting weight (7/1/2025) = 165 lbs
Target weight = 150lbs
Current weight (7/1/2025) = 165 lbs
Total loss to date = 0 lbs

In January 2021, I weight 148 lbs after losing 75lbs and I was really happy and content. Here we are 4 years later and I am 17 lbs heavier and determined to go back down again.

B - Ricotta with 2 WM toast and banana, clementine, black seeds and tbs sunflower seeds
D - Chicken, bacon & fig jam casserole, mashed parsnip, broccoli & sprouts
S -2 kiwi, apple
F - Green tea
E - 8,500 steps, lots of gardening

I don't feel hungry so will not push myself to have anything else.

L - Mince, onion, tomato & spices, pepper, TBS chili jam for taste
D - Chicken with onion, garlic, olive paste, sprouts and parsnip
S - 2 dates, 4 prunes & one apricot
F - 5 Black tea
E - sanding down a room ready for painting, 2,000 steps. Wanted to go for an hour walk but my meeting took too long & not safe walking in the country lanes as cars can't see.

L - Chicken & vegetable casserole with sweet potato & Savoy cabbage
S - Made an oatmeal loaf of bread & ate it all - didn't like it so won't make again.
F - 4 Green tea, 3 spice tea, black coffee
E - 10 min exercise, 30 minutes work in the garden moving logs & clearing up, 3,000 steps
