S - 10 almonds, 1 walnut, grapes, 5 Reese's mini choc, yogurt with 2tsp syrup, TBS sunflower seeds
F - 5 black tea
E - 6,000 steps, 10km exercise bike

I had a little break from the diary as I was travelling and it wasnt always possible to go online and post. Happy to say that my weight has stayed the same because of all the walking .
My aim is to reach target by end of January 2025

L - 3 slices WM toast with humus and basil
D - Chick pea, cauliflower and aubergine casserole
S - Watermelon, grapes, clementines
F - 4 Black tea
E -6,500 steps

S - nuts, 2 plums, lychee
F - 2 Green tea, glass of yogurt drink, 2 Black tea

E - lots of gardening, 5,500 steps

Weighed this morning and I have lost 1.5 lbs so 12.5lbs to go
L - Martedella, french bread, potato & egg salad and lettuce
D - Same as lunch
S - Clementines, lychees, 1/2 pkt pretzel flavour snacks and a creamy blackcurrant yogurt
F -2 Black tea, 2 Green tea, glass of non-alcoholic peach bilini
E -6,000 steps

L - Roast chicken with stuffing & fig sauce, parsnip, broccoli, sprouts, carrots, potatoes
S - ice cream with cherries in liquor, 1/4 pkt pretzel, blue cheese with french bread
F - water, 2 black tea
E - none as it was foggy & nit possible to walk in country lanes

Not a good eating day without a good reason. The positive side is that I ate between 11-3 and stoppedand I don't feel hungry at all now.
B - 2tbs sea moss, blueberries & spintiula
L - pasta with spinach, 2 TBS parmesan cheese, garlic, TBS olive oil
D - 3 bagels with blue cheese
S - Salmon tourrin, ice cream with fig jam, pkt crisps, banana, grapes, clementine
F - 4 black tea
E - very little as mostly waiting in for workmen

I have developed a bad habit of eating a lot for one meal and then nothing for the rest of the day because I feel full. I need to revise my eating pattern
B - Sea moss mixture
L - leftover roast & stuffing with spinach & TBS butter. 3 bagels with mozzarella cheese
D - pasta with sun-dried tomato, spinach and parmesan cheese
S - grapes, 3 kiwis from the garden
F - 6 black tea
E - 2,000 steps, cutting some small trees in the garden and spring cleaning

Getting back to eat more often than one big meal & snaking
B - sea moss mixture, muesli with banana, TBS nuts in syrup and yogurt drink
L - Stir-fry vegetable, bacon and rice, TBS oil for frying
D -4 choc digestives, 3 oat biscuits, 2 pkt of crisps
S - 2 kiwi
F - 6 Green tea
E -4,000 steps, lots of gardening
I did well until I came in from the garden and felt cold and wanted to eat something comforting, hence the biscuits.
