Just made a comparison of last year and this year same time - in a year I have list 5 lbs. I am just about a 14 lbs away from my goal.
B - French toast topped with hummus and blueberries.
L - 8 french toast with a tub of potato & ham salad
D - Didn't want to eat anything
S - Clementine
F - 6 Black tea, ginger, lemon & syrup drink
E - 19 mins exercise, 3,000 steps

D - feel hungry but at the same time I have no appetite - not feeling well

I must be getting better because I got my appetite back. I spent too much in the garden in the rain & freezing cold. Now all my body aches and each move makes me so tired. But I must continue & fight this.
B - Breakfast bowl with kiwi, sunflower seeds and blueberries
L - chicken in pomegranate & vegetable stir fry
D - Sweet potato with cheese & salad with balsamic glaze & mayo
S - 1 boiled sweet - just needed a bit of sweetness in my mouth
F - 9 Black tea
E - 20 mins exercise, 1 h exercise bike, 3,500 steps
