I have not been very good for the past few days. My body wants nuts for some reason. Instead of dinner I ate nuts & dried apricots. Have to get back to healthy eating tomorrow.
I find it very feeling and substantial. Love cottage cheese but a friend calls it "the devils food" - I am not a hard cheese lover.Banana and cottage cheese. That will go lovely on my scan bran. Mmmm
Thanks. I try to do as much walking as possible and use my car less - I have not used the car for the past couple of months and almost walked everywhere.. I am lucky that I live opposite an open space and can walk there or walk to town - it takes me 30-40 minutes (down the hill and then back up the hill with a little bit of flat in the middle).Your steps are phenomenal. Gosh a big word seeing as I have just got up.
I suppose I should we ar my bracelet more often.

I have a pile of salmon in my freezer and been having it as a dinner with greens and potatoes but the idea of it with salad sounds and looks great, I am going to give it a try, will not look as good as yours but as long as it is satisfying and SW friendly I am up for it. L - Salmon salad (leaves, mint, cue, Tim, beetroot, Red pepper, salad sauce)
D - Salmon
S - Prunes, dried apricot, 2 boiled sweets, pkt mini cheddar bakes
Fluids -4 fruit tea, 3 black coffee, 3 caramel tea, black tea
Exercise - 3,000 steps
