D - HM beefburger salad (leaves, carrot, Red cabbage, Red pepper, cue, tom, beetroot, gherkins, sweetcorn, salad sauce)
S - Piece of hoc chip cake, pkt crisps, 2 boiled sweets, a few almonds
Fluids - 5 Black tea
Exercise - 2,100 steps
