B - Kiwi, orange, grapefruit, apple, yog & cereals, v.slall piece of quiche, soft cheese on small piece of WM bread - didnot finish bread & cheese (my eyes was seeing bigger than my stomach)
L - 2 polish sausages with boiled potatoes & 2 pat's of butter
D - Sausage and gherkins sandwich
S - Cornflakes with milk, 3 seasame snaps
Fluids - 2 black tea
Exercise - 3,800 steos

Day 569 Monday 18th November 2019
I have lost 2lbs. I have been maintaining my weight for almost 6 months (lost & gained within 2lbs). Decided to change my target to 11st as I don't think that physically I can go down to 10st 10lbs (my original target) without having too much saggy skin.
B - Red fruit rice pudding with walnut and seeds
L - Cottage cheese salad (leaves, carrot, cue, Red pepper, sweetcorn, mayo)
D - Chicken & veg noodle stirfry (garlic, ginger, carrot, broccoli, soy sauce)
S - Banana, yog with home made jam
Fluids - 2 Black coffee
Exercise - 3,000 steps
