Day 621 Saturday 11th January 2020
B - Peanut butter & cottage cheese on WM toast sprinkled with seeds
L - Bananas, ham slices
D - Chicken, soft cheese & salad sandwich - the problem was I had 4 if these which was a disater
S - Clementines, grapes
Fluids - 3 mint tea, 2 glasses of water, herbal tea
Exercise - 5,600 steps

B - Red fruits with Muller mango & sprinkled with seeds
L - Steak with roasted potatoes & salad leaves, tbs butter
D - Morrocan chicken & coriander sandwiches
S - clementines, grapes, carrots, walnuts
Fluids - 4 herbal tea

B - Cheese omelette, clementined
L - SW Rogan Josh curry with rice & salad (leaves, coriander, tom, pickled veg)
S - Apple, boiled sweet
Fluids - 2 limsips, 6 herbal tea
Exercise - 3,500 steps, 500 pedals of exercise bike (9:45-16:00)

Day 624 Tuesday 14th January 2020
B - cottage cheese sprinkled with seeds on WM sunflower bread
L - Roast salmon, chips & salad (leaves, coriander, tom, beetroot, salad sauce)
D - 4 ryvita & cheese
S -Muller lemon, boiled sweet, apple, clementines
Fluids - 2 limsips, black coffee, 3 herbal tea, string herbal tea, 3 large glasses of water
Exercise - 5,200 steps, an hour of ballroom dancing (9:10 - 18:30)

B - Millet porridge with apple, banana & blueberries, tbs butter and sprinkled with seeds
L - Beef & beans casserole with onion & garlic
D - 4 Ryvitas with leicester cheese
S - Apple, Muller mango, small bar of white choc with orange and almond
Fluids - 2 hazelnut coffee, 3 black tea, 5 fruit tea
Exercise - 3,800 steps

B - Cottage chrese, banana, apple, boiled egg, blueberries, chia seeds
L - Mushroom & coriander soup with yogurt, salmon
D - WM toast with melted cheese, yougrt & jam, 2 lemon pancakes
S - Apple, banana, white chocolate with apricot & almond, walnuts, sweet popcorn
Fluids - 3 fruit tea, hazelnut coffee, glass of water
Exercise - 4,500 steps

L - croquette of lamb, ox cheek pasta - didn't finish it all as I was not hungry
D - Bacon & egg salad (leaves, coriander, pickled veg, beetroot, olives, salad sauce)
S - Blueberries
Fluids - 3 large black coffee, 3 glasses of water, 3 lemon and ginger tea
Exercise - 3,000 steps

L - Roast chicken pieces with a sunflower roll
D - Beef & chicken stir-fry (sugar snap, carrot, broccoli, carrot, baby corn, tbs butter, soy sauce)
S - Peanut butter & brown cheese sandwich in 2 WM bread, Clementines, grapes, 8 almonds
Fluids - 3 large black tea
Exercise - 9,200 steps
