I am not happy feeling hungry all the time. I have been staying on plan but don't like this feeling. I cannot understand the reason apart from being weather related.
B - Sausage & egg on WM toast, orange
L - Chicken & Mango salad (leaves, coriander, Red pepper, tom, cue, gherkins, purple cauliflower, salad sauce)
D - Chicken salad on WM toast (leaves, coriander, salad sauce)
S - orange, mango, 1/2 banana, 2 boiled sweets, small bar of white chocolate with fruits
Fluids - 4 herbal tea, 6 black tea
Exercise - 15 km exercise bike

Start weight - 223 lbs (15s 13 lbs)
Current weight - 159 lbs (11s 5 lbs)
Loss to date =64 lbs

Maintained again which I suppose is better than putting on. I have been sleeping a lot so that might be contributing to my weight not shifting. Think it is time to shake up my eating plan a bit.

L - Pasta bake (onion, beef, tom, tom puree)
D - Homus & smoke sausage sandwich on 2xWM toast, peppers, radishes

I have decided to go back to basics & smaller portions to see if I can lose a few pounds rather than maintaining.

D - Cheese salami herb (mint, coriander) sandwich on WM toast
S - Apple, grapes, 2 boiled sweets (4), pkt pea snack (4.5), banana
Fluids - 4 herbal tea, 2 black tea
Exercise - 4,800 steps, 20 km exercise bike
