Day 671 Sunday 1st March 2020
I have not been to the gym for a few months due to a little problem with my shoulder, so noticed that my middle bit started to bulge a bit so time to do more exercise. I started on my exercise bike yesterday and intend to do about 10km per day and see how I get on. Also ensure to go out everyday for a walk (weather permitting).

Fluids - 5 herbal tea, 3 black tea
Exercise - 10 km exercise bike
