I have not been to the gym for a few months due to a little problem with my shoulder, so noticed that my middle bit started to bulge a bit so time to do more exercise. I started on my exercise bike yesterday and intend to do about 10km per day and see how I get on. Also ensure to go out everyday for a walk (weather permitting).

L - Beef & veg curry (onion, ginger, garlic, beef, carrot, Red & Green cabbage, Green beans, curry paste) with rice & salad (leaves, coriander, Red pepper, radish, cue, tom

Fluids - 5 herbal tea, 3 black tea
Exercise - 10 km exercise bike
