D - Cheese salami herb sandwich on WM toast
S - 2 dates, tsp rhubarb jam
Fluids - 4 herbal tea
Exercise - 6,000 steps, 10 km exercise bike

D - Onion & sweetcorn scrambled eggs drizzled with a dash of brown sauce with mint & coriander

L - potato & pea samosa I bought from health shop - think I am going to make own baked version.
D - beef & peas potato patties, WM pitta, 2 slices of WM toast with butter

Start weight - 223 lbs (15s 13 lbs)
Current weight - 164 lbs (11s 10 lbs)
Loss to date =59 lbs

Bought new scales and weighed myself on it for the first time. It shows me 5 lbs heavier than my old ones. So it is time to tighten my belt and get on with getting to my goal by 24th April which is 2 years since started losing weight seriously.
B - Egg & bacon on WM toast, tsp butter
L - Chicken salad (leaves, mint, cue, tom, carrot, olives, beetroot, radish, salad sauce), 4 dates
D - Cheese & crispbread, pear
S - Apple

Loss to date =62 lbs

I managed to lose 3lbs of the weight I have put on. This week, I need to be good to lose the rest and more.
Put on a dress and can't believe how well it fits me. I am really happy now.

L - Finally had the jacket potato that I had promised myself & it was delicious. Filled with cottage cheese & accompanied by a large salad ( leaves, Tim, cue, radish, beetroot, olives, home made coleslaw (red cabbage, carrot & dressing of yog & balsamic)

S - 2 Thornton chocs, pkt pea snacks, melon, apple

B - Breakfast platter (melon, strawberries, mango, boiled egg, cottage cheese sprinkled with chia seeds). One of my favourites
L - Sausage, potato patties topped with cheese, home made coleslaw and coriander. Really enjoyed that as potato is my favourite
D - Jacket potato. It is s hungry day for me - not sure if the reason.
S - 4 Thornton chocs with vanilla ice cream, pkt pea snack, apple, melon
Fluids - herbal tea, black tea, glass of water
Exercise - 3,000 steps, 15 km exercise bike.
