B - Fruit platter (Mango, apple, strawberries, banana) with cottage cheese
L - Chili Mackrel salad (leaves, coriander, mint, tom, cue, carrot, cauliflower, salad sauce), baked potato
D - Cheese salami herb sandwich on WM toast
S - 2 dates, tsp rhubarb jam
Fluids - 4 herbal tea
Exercise - 6,000 steps, 10 km exercise bike
