B - My favourite breakfast - Banana and cottage cheese on WM toast and sprinkled with seeds
L - Mince beef & plums with salad (leaves, coriander, basil, tom, cue)
D - Zizi dinner- aubergin in creamy sauce & cheese on bread, fondu with bread, king prawn. Left half as there was too much bread.
S - Apple, pomegranate, banana
F -3 Black tea, 2 glasses water
E - 7,300 steps

B- Cheese omelette
L - Chicken salad (leaves, coriander, basil, tom, cue)
D - Baked potato with chili
S - Cue, some fruit I don't know name of - very juicy, watermelon
F - 3 Black coffee, 3 glasses of cordial
E - 15,500 steps. Walked in the woods & meadows and enjoyed the nature.

I love summer time as we have a variety of fruits - if you did not know, I love fruits & vegetables.

B - Ham & cottage cheese on WM toast, watermelon
L - Ham salad sandwich
D - Evening was a disaster. I ended up eating KFC on the way home as I was hungry and craved it. Afterwards, I felt so bloated and uncomfortable. So that will not happen again for a while
S - Watermelon, 4 chocolate thins
F - Black tea
E - 8,000 steps

I have decided to lower my target yet again. I know previously, I was not going to do that but I need an incentive. to lose the weight I have gained in the last 3 months - just a few pounds but it makes me feel very uncomfortable. I have identified the reason for the gain and now determine to combat it. My aim is to achieve my new target by end of September. My target was 147 lbs but now lowered to 140 lbs
L - Fruit platter - Grapes, cherries and pear
D - Hot chicken salad - Onion, coconut oil, chili, chicken, mixed veg and salad (leaves, coriander, basil, cue, tom, olives)
S- Orange, cherries
F - 3 Black coffee, 6 Black tea
E - 4,500 steps
Joined a gym to do body toning

L - Chicken & corned beef salad (leaves, tom, cue, pepper, olives, balsamic glaze),
D - Cheese & bacon roll with tbs Brown sauce, peanut butter and banana on WM toast with 2 tsp home made jam
S - Grapes, 2 tbs cranberries & raisins, strawberries, tbs seeds, pkt biscuits (110 cals)
F - Herbal tea, 6 Black tea
E - 1 hr body tone, 3,000 steps

I felt very hungry at lunch-time but I managed to keep busy and distracted myself from eating

This morning, I saw someone after 18 months and first thing she said oh look at you. You are half the size. That made me really happy.

How lovely to have someone see how well you've done. I am impressed at yr continuing focus.

Woke up with an awful headache and felt really hungry. So feb my hunger and headache in the hope that I will be fine for the rest of the day. Not good eating day.
