L - Home made fishcake (Salmon, chili, ginger, onion, coriander, sesame seeds) and salad (leaves, cue, tom, pepper, olives, coriander).
It was really yummy and moist
D - Friend onions & egg with a dash of Brown sauce on crisp breads and tsp peanut butter
S - Greek style FF yogurt with Raspberry jam, apple, pear, mango, a few cherries, banana
F - 3 Black coffee, Black tea

B - Oaty flan (oats, strawberries, banana and egg) topped with Greek FF Raspberry yogurt
L - Beef & plum casserole with Mediterranean style grain & pulses, coriander, tom and pepper
S - Pretzel, pkt cheesey snack, pear, carrot
F - 3 Black coffee, 6 Black tea
E - 1 hr gentle keep fit, 3,000 steps

For the past 2 weeks, I have been eating when feeling hungry rather than eating at meal times. So far, I feel good about it and my appetite is satisfied hen I need the food.
B - Banana, FF greek Blueberry yog with sprinkle of granola
L - Beef & prune casserole in a jacket potato with coriander and peppers. Coriander is one of my favorite herbs and I can eat tonns of it.
D - Cheese with tbs peanut butter
S - Carrots
F - 3 Black coffee, 6 Black tea

I have been thinking and reflecting on my weight loss. Lately, I have been focusing on getting the last few lbs off to achieve my target. It seems the more I try the less successful I am - I think there a couple of reasons for this:
1. I am putting myself under a lot of pressure to get to that magic number (target I have set for myself)
2. My body is resisting as it feels that it is at the weight now

This morning, I looked in the mirror and had a "light bulb moment". I am not going to pressurise myself any longer.
- I am eating the right food
- Doing exercises (walking only when weather permitting).
- Look good in the mirror
As someone on the forum told me a while ago- what is the relevance of the number on the scale and why am I so fixated on the numbers

After all I have changed my lifestyle and my relationship with food over the past 3 years and no way I am going to allow anything to jeportise that.

Of course, I am going to keep an eye on my weight and shape but NO MORE PRESSURE.

L - Beef & veg curry with rice
D - Gronla with milk.
S - Cue
F - 3 Black coffee, 2 Black tea, glass of water

I think you are doing the right thing just eating right and exercising when the weather is behaving itself lol. Your body may sit naturally at this weight. Or when you are not stressing out and getting fixated on numbers on the scale you will naturally lose that last few pounds. You have done so well you have inspired me to keep going with my weight loss journey.

Your BMI is in a really healthy range as it is. You have done fantastically well. It is also about the NSV's too. Although it is important to set goals, I have found that setting numbers puts too much pressure on me and it is then I go off plan. You have to ask yourself, how do you feel? Have you embraced your achievements? What do you see when you look in the mirror? Do you feel confident and empowered? I have been following your posts for a long time and I admire you resolve, your tenacity and your food (of course)!! Your achievements have been amazing. :winner::winner::winner:
 
Yay, so can we say goal achieved now
You are healthy, you are at a very healthy weight and have taken the pressure off. I would say thats an achievement to be proud off

L - Pea soup with cheese and WM toast
D - Chicken salad (leaves, tom, cue, sauer krarut, olives, pepper, salad sauce)
S - Apple, chocolate (100 cal), grapes, strawberries, tbs home made jam
F - 2 Black coffee, 3 Black tea
E -3,000 steps. Was planning to go for a long walk but rained all night and day so stayed local

B - Ricotta and rhubarb jam on WM toast
L - Pea soup with cheese
D - Mince & veg pasta (onion, mince, chili sauce, carrot, sweetcorn, Green beans, peas, pasta) sprinkled with coriander
S - Apple, strawberries, grapes, chocolate (200 cals), 1 nest of meringue with banana & FF yogurt, boiled sweet
F - 3 Black coffee, 4 Black tea, milk
E - 12,500 steps in the rain and wind. It was horrific

L - Beef & veg omelette (leftover from yesterday mixed with an egg) on WM toast
D - Corned beef salad (leaves, coriander, tom, cue, pepper, olives, olive oil, balsamic glaze)
S - Apple, strawberries, chocolate (200 cals), Meringue nest filled with FF lemon yogurt & tsp home made jam, boiled sweet
F - 3 Black tea
E - 3,000 steps. Made it just in time before heavy rain started again.

D - Potato friend in tbs butter and topped with cheese and salad (leaves, tom, cue, pepper, olives, salad sauce).
I had planned to have an omelette. Got everything ready then I could not find the eggs anywhere in the house - must have forgotten to buy them haha
S - Apples, 2 boiled sweets, FF coconut yogurt, tbs seeds
F - 2 Black tea, Black coffee, Mango & pineapple smoothie
E - 14,400 steps

B - 2 chicken wings, small piece of quiche, barley & greens, 2 WM toast with spread, jam, FF yogurt
L - Scotch egg with salad (leaves, coriander, tom, cue, olives, salad sauce)
D - mince beef & plum with rice (onion, tom, mince beef, fried plums, coriander)
S - Banana, pkt crisps, hummus, pkt sweet popcorn (it was not necessary but ate it as I felt tire & needed something sweet)
F - Ginger tea, Black tea
E - Although, the weather was lovely and warm but I felt too tired to go out so stayed at home and read a book

L - Fish fried in 2 tbs oil with onions and olives and served with tomatoes, cucumber and coriander.
Will definitely have this again - Normally, I void fish (apart from Salmon) because of smell but this was fine - Haddock and it was pre-packed so sealed well and no smell lingering in the fridge
D - Roast chicken, tom, cue, coriander
S -salty popcorn, a handful of peanuts, apple, Teacake with hummus
F - 4 Black tea
E - 10,000 steps
