B - Hummus on WM toast topped wit nectarine slices.
I have been eating White bread because there was no WM bread in the house. There was no substance to it. Finally, went out and bought WM and Ahh!! it is heaven.

Start weight - 223 lbs (15s 13 lbs)
Current weight - 156 lbs (11s 2 lbs)
Loss to date = 67 lbs

After gain, losing and maintaining for a while, I am back at losing again and determined t achieve my final goal by Christmas Eve.
B - Frozen fruits with yogurt, 2 tsp jam & sprinkle of seeds
L - Small goat cheese pizza
D - Brie and cold meat roll
S - Grapes, pear, 3 dates, yogurt with jam & sprinkle of seeds, pistachios, 2 boiled sweets
F - 5 Black tea
E - 4,000 steps, 1 hr body tone

Not a very good start but I stopped when I was full. Hope to have a better day tomorrow
