I am not sure what is going on in my head. For the past year I have been yoyoing on 7lbs. I keep telling myself that I need to knuckle down and get rid of the last few pounds- for a week or so I am fine and then I go back to bad habits again. I must say, I watch what I eat but I get days that I eat the wrong snacks (avoid meals and gorge of things like bread).
Today, I have made another pact with myself to definitely get back on track and get rid of the last few pounds.
B - Cottage cheese on WM toast, strawberries
L - Chicken & veg, Mexican rice
D -
S - Banana, 5 walnuts
F - 2 Black tea
E - 5,500 steps, 10km exercise bike
