D - Cold meat & banana sandwich on 2xWM bread

L - Chicken curry with flat pitta
D - Fruit platter (orange, strawberries, pear, banana) with cottage cheese sprinkled with chia seeds
S - Strawberries, strawberry yogurt, nectarine, frozen fruits with yogurt, tsp honey & 2 tsp seeds
F - Herbal tea, 2 tea with milk
E - 1 hr body tone, 4,000 steps, 1/2 hr vibration massage

B - frozen fruit, yogurt, tsp honey & sprinkled with seeds
L - Hummus & green salad wrap x2, pasta & mince beef with salad
D - chicken curry & rice
S - Strawberries, grapes, mini cues
F - 2 Black coffee
E - 1hr body tone, 30 mins vibration massage, 6,000 steps
Today I ate a lot to change what my body is used to and hope that would move my slow weight loss.
