....Quick check in, studying tonight, tommorow and sunday, be glad when exam is over next week for sure

So full of migraine, am struggling tonight, so turned into an ID ... Keeping having migraine attacks, need to take some imigran and shuffle my bot bot off to bed

Gonna try low carb next week and see how that rolls.... think DD be a bit hard.... but gonna give it a whirl... want to be as happy as I can be with my body pre-op

Thanks hun think I slept from 930 till 7 LOL eyes full of lights, got to study this morning. Get it done, see how I am lunchtime, been looking forward to afternoon training!! :(

It's 8-10 weeks and i will be on cancellation list also. My surgeon is back Monday so will know more once she's back :)

Not worrying today.. UD.. gonna train this afternoon.... injected imigran, hopefully it stays away from a full blow migraine, I'll put another shot in my gym bag just in case. Gonna try hans way from tommorow :)

Low carb also from tommorow... want to get to goal..and be happy maintaining and not have to worry when I am recovering post op

You must be so excited about the op! Mine haven't gone down at all yet, other than my back size & they were still huge at a size 8 a few years ago. Think you said bmi has to be under 30, can't remember cup size? I don't think I'd be so lucky to get it done, but I would love to be normal in that area, not sure I have been since I was 10 lol.

Interested to see how low carb goes for you, I've been thinking about it because of possible pcos.

Mine haven't gone down, maybe deflated a bit but no more than 1/2 a cup. Back I need a 26 I wear an altered 28 or 30.

The guideline is over cup f and under BMI 30 I think. Go for it hun. Next year it will be easier so if you didn't get funding this year you could try again when decision will be with gp.

I'm so pleased, I don't know what it will be like to have small breasts LOL I had precocious puberty so had breast growth at 2. Due to this they offered me a reduction early teens. The hormone treatment slowed them to a degree but once it stopped they grew fast. Glad I tried again now at 26. Finally 24 years of them, finally be gone!!

Yeah I will post detailed what I eat, carbs etc. Hopefully that will get me to goal

Yes I have been really enjoying it hun and 5.5lb down so far. If you read the threads you will get lots of info

Most basic format you would do 2000 up days and 500 down days. You can use the calculator on the juddd website to work out what's right for you but that basic formula works for most

Has been very freeing after vlcd knowing you as long as you eat your cals you will at the worst sts!!

Lazy afternoon with kids in the end, gonna go train in the nor.ing mate coming with me so even better

Itching to train legs, squats, legpress, bit of kettlebells, calves Yipeeee! Trying to increase the weights on leg press, hopefully the extra calories will help :) be happy with anything over 140kg even for 4-6 reps!

Kids still snoring LOL

I'm creeping about, tidyin downstairs x

I usually warm up with 90kg, do.a working set around 120kg. Know I can do more, I haven't managed more than 140 since being on vlcd so that's my challenge

Killer leg session, burning already Yipee :)

Leg press warm up set 100kg
High rep set 110
Low rep set 150
Then did a drop sets owwwww

Goblet Squats with kettlebells
Single Leg extensions -45kg/50kg.
Sumo Squats
Calf machine - only goes upto 65kg did whole stack 100reps x2
Calf raises with block

Finish with stretches and deadlifts - single leg with kettlebell and regular

Delish post workout salmon with.mozarella and pesto

Now watching tv with a bowl of prunes and dark choc Mmmmm :)

Chill afternoon,bit of studying, evening with other half, then studying later
