Weigh in today ...

3lbs off
:scale: Hooray! :D

WHOPPEE INDEED - well done chica

What's the total now? I've lost track but it must be almost 2 stone!

We'll see Pommette I did have some wine etc.
Wine gets a really bad reputation.
Yes - it's lots of syns.
But according to my hubby (who did a PhD in Chemistry) your body can't actually metabolise all the alcohol (sugar) and you pee lots of it out fairly quickly.
That's why they use a pee sample to check for blood alcohol!

Hence I still drink wine . . . :8855:

Also if you boil wine if you're using it in cooking then you get rid of about half the alcohol - so half the sysns. :D
Not something SW tell people - they probably haven't worked it out.

Oh Red I am so jealous- why can't I stick to it like you do???

Oh don't be jealous Donna - you have been doing amazingly well and you make much more interesting meals than me. Things will slow down for me too as that's the way it always goes. Also I am going to have to do more green days I think.

So I was going to make an effort to make some more interesting things and had ideas but alas I have no money right now. I think I'm going to have to do some extra green days and I'm fairly positive that will mean much smaller to no losses. Bah!

I'm in a bit of a pessimistic mood today ... about everything. So I'm not going to write much in case I depress everyone. Here's the weekend's food:

I just wish I had your willpower to stay on track - I have no access to minimins for 2 weeks and I just can't stay motivated or focused!!!

We are desperate for payday..roll on Friday - thankfully have a freezer full but its all the fruit and veg that currently cost more than my monthly mortgage payment!!!

Sorry to hear you are feeling pessimistic today....lets hope the little rain cloud passes by quickly...but please feel free to pm me if you want a bit of chat/support

big hug to you, donna xxx

Morning chica - how are you doing today? Hope you're feeling less pessimistic.
As Charleybarley said, we're here if you need some hugs or a good old moan.
Lots of these coming your way. :hug99:

Hi there Melissa, sorry I've been a naughty Minner and havent spent much time at all here catching up with my fave people or posting food diaries!!

Sorry you were feeling below par but I hope it was very transient and that things have turned around for you!! I hate those days when everything is doom and gloom and its hard to enjoy even the little things! I'm very prone to the blues and one of lifes' real worriers!

I'm on track foodwise and had a disappointing gain on Monday- I'm putting it down to far too large rice and noodle portions over the weekend and *week! So hopeful for a loss next week!

You're doing so brilliantly! 2 stone at your fingertips! You must be feeling great! XXX

Hey Red

I hoe you are ok, we are missing you!

X

So sorry for being away. I was feeling a bit low and then we changed Internet service providers and hit a few teething problems with Internet connection, but it seems to be sorted now. Thank you very much for your messages and support. Now I'm going to try and clear out the room we've been using as a storage room/craft supply storage room and make it more of a room than a bunch of boxes piled on top of one another. I may be some time - it is going to take a while I think.

I hope you are all well - I'll catch up later with everyone.

xx

Wow chica - that takes you well over the 2 st! Many congrats - you are going great guns.

Good luck with the sorting out. I'm about to start helping my mum and I'm dreading it.
She has 35 years of accumulated "beloved things" - aka junk! And it is going to be very stressful methinks.

Hey Red, just catching up! How are you doing? Busy bee by the looks of it!! Good to see you're on plan though and OVER 2 flippin stone lighter!! You're doing amazingly well!! Hope your spirits have lifted and you're ready to take on the world again!XXX
