Day 18 completed 100%! Sneaky mid week weigh in and I am down another 4lbs so far! Another 2lbs and I will have lost 2 stone! Honestly, the motivation you get from how quick you lose the weight on Exante is amazing! I have another 5 stone to go but am determined! This is the restart to the life I deserve!

Breakfast: lemon bar
Lunch: Indian Dhal
Dinner: Chocolate Coconut Bar

I'm actually really enjoying it. I can still have big plates of food which I appreciate. I don't get sugar cravings, and am not feeling hungry at all. I also didn't really suffer from headaches etc. at the beginning. I've not had a huge emery surge, but overall I am feeling better. And sleeping loads better. It's also helped my IBS hugely. I haven't had any IBS symptoms for 4 weeks now which is brilliant.

I am starting to miss potatoes though. I've ordered lots of cauliflower in this weeks shop to make cauliflower mash. The recipes I've found all say it's supposed to taste similar to potato mash.

I have to say, I am impressed you are sticking to it. I tried slim fast a few years ago and only lasted a day. I really missed chewing food. But as you've proved, you can make it work and lose loads! Well done you x x
