HUMP day peoples!
Well I can honestly say that after our first full work through our new gym plan last night, I've woke up with no aches, pains or anything!!

It felt very good, even though we couldnt do the full work out with the actual minutes but we did as much as we could.
the turkey stir- fry for last nights tea was yummy (even if I say so myself) but then it went down hill when Ian un-veiled his pudding plans ------ pancakes with nutella and chocolate ice-cream!!!! :break_diet:As you could guess it was futile for me to resist, so I thought oh well, dont let one night turn into a bad week, so have the pancakes and then get back on plan today.
Pre B - hot lemon water
B - All bran crunch - 35g and skimmed milk, with x1 white coffee
S - Apple
L - Left over turkey stir fry with mixed leaves in a wholemeal tortilla wrap, babybell light and a WWatcher Yogurt
S - More hot lemon water
T - TBC as it'll be tea for 1 tonight
Plans for the last half of the week are coming together - Tomorrow night we are off to Gin Club - yes you heard right Gin Club
