Thanks sweetie, the chocolate is lush and creamy from the machine and the flapjack was the only bit that had a well done end - I like that bit, the proper crunchy bit - mmmmmmmmm!

Well Last night's Toby carvery was LUSH!!! I honestly could eat a roast dinner every day!
I had a slice of the pork and gammon, a big helping of carrots, peas and green beans, a bit of red cabbage, about an egg cup size of mashed potato, X2 small roast potato and a small yorkie pud! Nom Nom Nom!

Today started off with an 8am meeting, so had to have breakfast in the car as there would have been no chance I could have waited till 10.30 for anything to eat.

B - Multigrain porridge on the hoof!
S - Weetabix toffee dazzler
L - TBC - I've got some pre sliced salmon fillet, so might have a jacket (I've a fear I might turn into one this week!)
S - Mango
T - Chicken stir fry and either rice or noodles.

Hopefully it's a quieter day today.
Keep going peeps, it's nearly FRIDAY!!

I just buy ready done slices of mango, as I can never work out what is best to do with them either

It's FRIDAY peeps - although there will be no dancing picture today as I'm so tired! :coffee:
I'm not sleepy tired but just no energy and cant be bothered to do anything - not great when you're here till 6pm!
Last night after a bit of a rubbish afternoon at work - Ian decided that we were having chicken, potatoes, sweetcorn and beans - or in other words a KFC!!!!!!!!!! :break_diet:

I think I'm going to have a weekend off plan and just enjoy the weekend and then plan for the supermarket shop on Monday night to get back on plan.

Today's nibbles have so far been:-
B - rocky road hi-fi - don't start while 10 on a late Friday so had longer in bed!
S - Mango slices
L - am meeting the mother and going to M&S café, so might have tomato soup or something a bit more yummy
S - Salmon and a teaspoon of seafood sauce
T - either Chicken stir fry or sweet and sour chicken - that we should have had last night.

Weekend plans are
Saturday - Ian is at football so I'm going for my hair cut and coloured at 11 and then my nails done at 3.15, then at night, we've got the M&S 2 for £20
Sunday - Might be going over to the in-laws early as Ian might be needed to help his pops fit a new ceiling in his sister kitchen.
Then home to plan for Monday back at work and do the supermarket shop.

Well it's monday again and having to weigh in this morning meant I was back up to 13.11 but I'd expected it to happen after pigging out at the end of the week.
Today is a bit of a hit and miss day as we need to go to the supermarket, so i havent brought anything for lunch, and looking at the weather forecast, I wont be going out either, so it will have to be something from the cafe here!

Well so far this morning, I've had...

Pre B - x1 hot lemon water
B - 35g Bran flakes, skimmed milk
S - M&S Chocolate, peanut popcorn bar
x2 cups of Tetley's immune boost tropical green tea, x1 normal white coffee and now x1 cup of Twinnings Cranberry and blood orange fruit tea.
L - Been over and checked and I might have to indulge in a pasta bake, I know this will take me over my HEA limit but it's either that or a Jacket spud - and I think I had enough of them last week!

I've been sat doing the shopping list for the trip after work, and worked out that I'm going to make a SW quiche for lunch tomorrow and have with salad, then Weds - I'm going to do possibly tuna, sweetcorn and pasta salad, Thursday - Possibly baked salmon and cous cous , off out Thursday night so will either save some or make something else for later as wont be eating till late and will have probably drunk a cocktail or 2 by then! Friday we've got the day off so depending on the weather, will either be a trip to the Yorkshire Wildlife Park, into Leeds, or bowling, then going out for our post- valentines meal either Fri/Sat night.

Had my hair done on saturday, went back to red and am currently growing out the fringe ready for the holiday. Will have it cut back in at the beginning of July when we come back.
 
Morning all - well a wee bit of drama this morning means I'm phone-less today :gen147: It's currently plugged into Itunes at home doing a 4 hour update! Ian reckons that when I get home tonight, that I'll have to sit and put all my apps, contacts, music and such like back on, and I might lose my pictures - nooooooooooooo! :cry:Why oh why this morning?????

Oh well...plod on.....

Today is the gym walk through of our new training plan tonight, so am gearing myself up for an hour of torture!
I've got to go back down to city for a meeting later this morning, then come back up here, then finish at 4.30 and go back to city to park the car and go to the gym!
Supermarket shop done last night and filled the fridge and cupboard with lots of nicies.

Eats today go something like this:-
Pre B - Hot lemon water
B - All bran clusters 35g and skimmed milk
S - On my way down to meeting, apple on the bus
L - SW quiche - bacon, mushrooms, red pepper, spring onion, and tomato slices on my half, served with mixed leaf salad, cucumber and beetroot
S - Weight Watchers yogurt and pear
T - turkey stir fry

HUMP day peoples!

Well I can honestly say that after our first full work through our new gym plan last night, I've woke up with no aches, pains or anything!! :whacky068::character00115:
It felt very good, even though we couldnt do the full work out with the actual minutes but we did as much as we could.

the turkey stir- fry for last nights tea was yummy (even if I say so myself) but then it went down hill when Ian un-veiled his pudding plans ------ pancakes with nutella and chocolate ice-cream!!!! :break_diet:As you could guess it was futile for me to resist, so I thought oh well, dont let one night turn into a bad week, so have the pancakes and then get back on plan today.

Pre B - hot lemon water
B - All bran crunch - 35g and skimmed milk, with x1 white coffee
S - Apple
L - Left over turkey stir fry with mixed leaves in a wholemeal tortilla wrap, babybell light and a WWatcher Yogurt
S - More hot lemon water
T - TBC as it'll be tea for 1 tonight

Plans for the last half of the week are coming together - Tomorrow night we are off to Gin Club - yes you heard right Gin Club :party0036:then Friday we're off and we've decided on what we want to do, now just need to see the weather and decide what order to do them.

Well today is my Friday as I'm off tomorrow - but I've woke up this morning feeling like the biggest pair of pants ever! :cry: my right throat gland feels like a golf ball and my ear hurts, I had about 4 hours sleep and feel like I want to sit and blub!
I'm going to try and think positive and not get too down about feeling rubbish, I've got plenty of lemons and paracetamols, and am just thinking that I can have a lay in tomorrow and spend a lovely weekend with the hubster.
I've not planned much today, so got no lunch, I've brought some Mattesons fridge raiders and a WWatchers yogurt, but might have to indulge in a sausage butty for breakfast.

Tonight we are off to a Gin club - Not my favourite drink but hey I'm all for having a good time - then tomorrow we are going to the Yorkshire Wildlife Park and then for a lovely italian meal at night, Saturday we're going into Leeds to do a bit of shopping and then Sunday are off to Matlock for Sunday lunch with friends.
