Monring all, Welcome February!
New week, new month - back on the wagon. Ian and I were talking over the weekend and he's going to re-start his 5-2 diet, so I said I might give it a go for one day a month, I'm going to cut down on the calories today - Mainly coz I haven't got any breakfast, am going out for lunch and we've decided on tea!
Pre- breakfast - hot lemon water
B - 1/2 white grapefruit - might have to get some lean bacon, and tomatos from the cafe if my tummy gets to rumbly!
S - Toffee muller and Banana
L - Possibly nothing, but maybe a small jacket potato
S - possibly nothing
T - Lean gammon steaks, boiled potato and steamed carrots and green beans
