Rosebug's Diary [back on the chain gang~]

Well done Rose!!! Your going to look fab this summer ;-) x

Bit of a disaster this afternoon. Needn't have worried about the singing, walked out of 'the audition half way through, sweating buckets for some reason and dizzy and ended up lying half undressed on the floor of the disabled Loos for an hour, dizzy and unable to breathe right and with my heart feeling a bit funny as well as 'the crippling stomach cramps. Not sure if it was a stealthy panic attack or a drug reaction or what on earth it was. Still short of breath. Curled up in bed trying to get warm and hoping it passes.

I'm hoping it gets better once I'm warm and relaxed or I'll have to. Still wracked by shivers right now. Mum thinks it was a panic attack but it felt different to my usual ones. Plus I'd taken two propanolol to try and counteract the possibility of having one.

That doesnt sound good at all Rose. Id be quite concerned about that one if I were you. Fingers crossed you feel better soon.

Goodness you poor thing! Hope you're feeling better now Rose.

Well well done on the loss also - whatever way you count it, that's half a stone in a fortnight! :)

Ugh figured out what I did, I am an idiot. I have very low blood pressure normally and it's felt extra low lately - weakness and dizzy spells if I do anything too fast. And of course one thing my anti anxiety meds do is lower blood pressure, and I took a double dose to prevent panic attacks, so I have given myself a total crash. Side effects : nausea, fainting, dizziness, shortness of breath, confusion, weakness, palpitations. All of which I've had in the last few hours.

Thank you NHS direct. Not going to the hospital unless things get worse. Just wish I could get warm now, I have 3 duvets and a radiator full blast and I'm ice cold. Sodded up my day, too. Ah well.

Hi rosebug sweetie, so sorry you feel so rough and had such a horrid afternoon - its always scary when your body does strange things so im glad you think you know what caused it. Hope the duvet time gets you feeling better asap ((hugs))

On a happier note - wow - well done on your loss you deserve it :D :D unlike some of us who have had a drinking weekend and would be grateful for a sts.........

Oh Rose you poor love, what an awful reaction! Can't blame you for trying to prevent the panic attacks though, I used to get them and they are so awful. Wrap up well and maybe try some soup?

Feel like I've been hit by a truck. Don't think I'll be making it into college tomorrow.

food today:

dietimeal choc shake
1.5g

marks crispy bacon strips
0g

marks cheese stick
1g

2 squares g&b
2g

1 cup robinsons nas orange squash
1g

Have just ordered chicken tandoori pieces and a green salad from the takeaway. Impossible to really calculate. My green salad was full of peas and carrots (??) so i picked those out and made a bed of lettuce, put mayo on, small squeeze of lemon, and am allowing myself 2 quarters of a tomato and 4 slices of onion. The chicken is just tandoori cooked but there will be something in the marinade. so to be safe I am saying

TOTAL: 20g

wil check stix tomorrow.

Morning Rose, how are you this morning?

Very grumpy, Jim, and a little bit woozy still, too. Have taken the day off to get back to feeling like myself so this missive comes via iPhone from under my blankets.

Ahhh sorry you're not well, what a combination of events :(
Well done on breaking another stone barrier though.

sorry to hear that Rose
