I had a sneeky peak on the scales and im down to 12st 10lb.4 so ive got some of the weight gain off, hoping it goes down more before the next weigh day.
So, today ive had an apple so far,
im going to have my shake at about 11 for my brekkie and then im going to have my evening meal at lunch time as I will be out tonight watching my boyfriend performing in a uni production, so thought id have my evening meal in the middle of the day. Ill probebly take 2 snacks out with me and then ill have a shake when im back home.

Last night I had a subway for my lunch (veggie delight on wheat bread, no mayo or cheese, 223 cals)
Didnt have any extra crisps or cookies. I then, as admitted had some custard creams and i did have a WW Toffee cheesecake. (178 cals). Im probebly more over then I should be, but it could have been worse.
 
I didn't have a shake at 11, ive decided to have a bigger lunch as I didnt want to have the breakfast shake when i wasnt hungry enough and just waste it.
Ive had Apple - Snack
2 custard creams - 65 cals each (130 cals)
So, im going to have 100 cals extra for my dinner so ill have a 700 cal dinner and then ill have 200 cals for snacks a and 230 cals for shake in the evening.
 
I have a mini pizza baguette (256 cals) and 2 Birdseye waffles (210 cals) and Salad = 466 cals
Im going to have a Toffee Cheesecake - 176 cals

All that = 642 cals. So ill have 50 cals left over from that for the rest of the day x

So, i got back from my boyfriends performance and he stopped off at dominos. I had some potato wedges for my dinner, which were 300 cals and i had those with 100 cals left.

Back with shakes tomorrow :)
 
Well today is a flipping long day at uni again.

Ive had porridge this morning - It said 97 cals on the box but it didnt say about the milk, so im going to put it down at 215 cals like the other porrdige i have is.

Ive also had 2 pink wafers and a WW cookies (Cookies 89 cals and 2 pink wafers 100 cals)

Ive brought a prepacked sandwhich - (300 cals)
Packet of crisps (236)
and some fruit pastels (180 cals)

im not going home from uni til at least 8. maybe 10 o clock. So i wont be having any dinner, and then ill be having a shake aswell possibley as i havnt had any lunch yet either.

So, im still in the library. ive managed to write 1,113 words today so im pretty pleased with that. Im going home in 15 minutes to do some background research and then im back on this in the morning until 6. Ive found my corner i work well in, in the library, with my laptop and my headphones so i dont disturb anyone. That great thing is I havnt eaten anything extra to what ive had today. Im so pleased!! Also i have enough calories to have my shake when i get home. I think ill have that and just relax until the boyf comes home from work at 9.

A good day today. Am very happy managed to not eat anything extra and get half my essay done :) xxx
 
Well im back at uni again for a lonnnng day, off again at 6 and then im off to see my boyfriends family. So i don't know il be having dinner, and ive just made a stupid mistake. Thought id pick up a roll and a packet of crisps. The Roll itself is flipping 601 cals!!!! Whhhatttttt! So im gunna be over today without a doubt but ill be eating much tomorrow ill make sure of it.
 
Weighed myself this morning to see what the damage has been from being over yesterday. Im 12stone 10.2lbs. Im due on today aswell so im going to note that down as my weight for this week so im -2.2lbs from last weeks gain.

Im back to the slimfast shakes from tomorrow. I seem to be replacing my shakes with food that is of a similar calorie amount which isnt doing me any good at all. Im not in the right frame of mind to be able to do that so easily. So back to the shakes and being stricter.

I think the thing that will make it easier, is I know when ill be doing uni work, when i have time off uni for easter and whats planned. I have 3 weeks left until i get to see my mum who i havnt seen since November, so im hoping to get the last couple of pounds off to get a stone off using slimfast :) my ultimate goal is to be very close to target if not hit it, by July when i graduate and then maintain it for September/August time when my mum has a 50th Birthday party. a lot of people will be there who I havnt seen for some time :)

Im also a lot happier as I know i now wont be having a TOTM or water retention for 3 months as im taking the next 3 pill packets back to back. so i can just go full pelt into losing the rest of my weight :)

Today i have had Porridge (215 cals)
2 pink wafer buiscuits (snack)
A Shake - Strawberry (lunch)
66 cal crisps (snack 1/2)

I wont finish the rest of what i had yesterday as i had a blow out im disgusted about. All i wanted to do was eat yesterday, and unfortunatley thats what i did. I went into london to watch a friends play and had a meal when i got there. JustArgggh! im so annoyed with myself.

So this morning, I was back to my shake for breakfast.

Ive had a strawberry shake and thats it.My friend wants to go out for some lunch and she wants a roast dinner, so we may go somewhere that she can have a roast and i can have a smaller dinner. Still this week, will be full pelt weight loss again, im hoping to see 12st8 or below on Monday

Childrens Roast Chicken Dinner from Wetherspoons: (484 cals)
Dinner: WW Bagel : (158 cals), Olive Oil Spread: (4 cals) and marmite- 0 cals
Snack: French Fries
WW Yoghurt: 56 cals.

Late snack: Apple (50 cals)

Thats me done for the day. Im stocked up on milk, and powder and i have 4 meal bars to last me the week :)
 
Morning,

weighed myself this morning and I was 12stone 11.8. I just cant take a habit out of me. lol
Im quite pleased considering Im bound to be heavier. So this is the start of 3 months on non stop dieting. 3 months to lose a stone. I hope I can do it considering its taken me 2 nearly 3 months to lose 10lbs :(

Anyway. First day:

Velvet crunch crisps (snack)

WW Icecream (78 cals)

my 50 cal apple snack will be added onto my dinner calories as i will be under for that.

i am at uni until 3pm, so I have brought some velvet crunch crisps (84 cals) and a pack of WW cookies (85 cals) and a meal bar to last me til then. Im round a friends tonight with yummy Lasagne, but im going to pass on the garlic bread and hopfully a nice fruit salad again too.:)

Why am i doing this to myself. i am sitting in whats known as the campus centre at uni, where they serve breakfasts, lunches etc and all i can smell at the moment im flipping fry ups! there have been people coming in and who have said hello to me, where im sitting (as im on the other side of the CC in some comfy chairs that are for when u wait for the lectures to start or whatever and chill out but i work here every Monday and OMG theyve all come in eating all these fatty foods and I still havnt even gone and brought anything. I have had my cookies and thats been it. I am so desperate and determined not to go over this week with cals that I will do whatever I can.

I so want to get to 12st 8 by Friday ill do whatever I can to do it. Our friend whos house we are going round tonight. She has text me asking if I would like Salad with my Lasagne and if id like some fruit. She knows how much im trying to lose this weight so didn't want to jepodise my WL.

So my lasagane will be about 400 cals as its home made, I wont be counting the salad and the fruit ill put as 150 cals. xxx

LAst night I had my lasagne, and salad and then fruit salad. It was absolutley amazing.

Today, i had a scan to see what was wrong with my stomach. I have 4 small stones in my gallbladder that are the size of marbles. I have possible IBS aswell. Im falling apart. Today, i have had

SF Bar - Brekkie
Apple- Snack
Salad and Ham- Lunch (50 cals)
Velvet crunch crisps - snack
WW cookies (snack)
Fish and chips youngs meal (401) cals, Salad - 0 cals
WW Yoghurt - (52 cals)

So, I have been under food wise today but i just dont feel hungry. I have a busy-ish day tomorrow, and im hoping to make dinner for my boyf and I, as we are celebrating our 18 month anniversary tomorrow instead of on Friday, which is our actual day as we are both at uni and then going to see some friends in the evening.

Morning all.

Well I have my DVD ready to start on Saturday once my coursework is up to date this week. Im cooking toad in the hole tonight, but im finding it hard to work out calorie content of it. Im going to have salad with it aswell.

Im going to have my 3 snacks and a ham salad today, just incase ill b over with the TitH,

Breakfast: Chocolate Shake
Lunch- Ive had my toad in the hole at lunch with loads of salad and a WW yoghurt.- Im going to put this down as 600 cals. Im not sure how much it is the yoghurt is 52 cals so the 548 cals will be 150g of home made toad in the hole.
Dinner: SF bar

I havnt had any of my snacks yet

Edit ----- ive had velvet crunch crisps (snack) and an Apple (50 cals, 1/2 a snack) Ive also had a WW marshmellow bar and WW cookies- so thats my 3 snacks eaten. I have also had 3 custard creams buiscuits.

Afternoon All,

Yesterday was a good day in the end. I didnt snack and have anything extra then I had planned. Seeing the sun out today, made me realise even more why I want to lose this last bit of weight. I need to get to target so i can enjoy the weight ive lost and feel so much more comfortable about myself.

Today I have had:
SF Meal Bar : Breakfast

I then went with my sisters to Asda, and the only thing I really brought was a Fruit Salad and a drink of water.

Fruit Salad (snack)

Ham Salad (20g of Ham, [100g of ham is 75 kcals] and home made salad with salad cream = 50 cals.

Velvet Crunch- Snack

Dinner: I'm going out for dinner tonight, so its either Nandos or Wetherspoons. So im going to have 800 cal evening meal if I go to wetherspoons (cheaper) or 700 cal if i go to Nandos (dearer but we always go there)

The 200 cals with be from the lunch, as Ive only had 50 of them, so i may make it 150 cals left. and I have an extra snack I havnt eaten yet.


Edit---

I didn't get to go out for dinner in the end. So ive had a pizza baguette - 256 cals for the baguette
2 Birdeye waffles- 210 cals
Salad -0

Banoffee Pud from WW - 176 cals = 642 cals.

I still have one snack left, so later on im going to have an apple (50 cals), that will be my food for the day

Morning All,

Well i weighed myself this morning to see what my weights done, and im back down to 12stone 9.0lbs, So im hoping to lose another lb by Monday.

Im meeting a friend for lunch today, and i have a feeling my boyf will want to go to McDonalds as we are seeing our friends performing in a play. So im prepared, if he wants to go to McDonalds im going to have a chicken Salad :)

So today, Ive had

Chocolate Shake: Breakfast

I went out for lunch with my friend today I had a Cheddar cheese and whiltshire ham Toastie (535 cals) - this is my 600 evening meal.

Snack- Wine gums (170 cals)

So, i have 1 dinner and 2 snacks left. Im off to Oxford today, so i have enough calories to have the mcdonalds salad or a SF meal bar , which ive taken with me.

edit ------ i was starving when i got to oxford, and my boyf and his friend found a chippy, so we went there. I had half a portion of small chips (i had 430 cals over so im gunna say i used them all up on that) and my boyf and his mate both had.....

Regular chips
Cheeseburger
Battered Mars Bar.

So not only did they eat fattening foods infront of me, they had chocolate too. Wasnt tempted and now im spending the day working off what I did have last night.
