Todays not been to bad, i did 40 minutes of walking along the embankment and then went to nandos. So ive had so far.

Breakfast - 2xWW Cookies (89 cals)
WW marshmellows - (56 cals)



Lunch + Snack - Nandos - Chicken Burger and Chips (334 for the chicken breast burger and 357 for the chips) = 691 cals
So, my lunch has taken 1 snack


i have 2 snacks and my dinner to come, so ill probebly have a SF Shake and a sticky toffee cheesecake, which will be both my snacks gone

On the plus side i have brought myself a maxi dress in a size 14!!!!
 
Well done kirsty. I'm struggling today. I'm reeeaaallllly craving pizza. Its my major weakness.

Yesterday, I had 2 wraps and a Toffee Cheesecake from WW for my dinner, and another pack of WW Cookies for my snack.
I did lots of walking.

Today, i have had a home made Porridge (130) and a packet of WW cookies (snacks)

Im going to have 2 wraps with lots of salad for my lunch and then some wotsits.

my dinner will be a trip to nandos. I know im bad but im meeting my friend for dinner and we usually got to nandos.
Im going to try not to have a chips again!

My lunch was 2 WW wraps, Tomato Sauce and Salad - 230 cals
Wotsits - snack

Dinner was Quarter of a chicken breast and chips and one slice of holloumi cheese. This was going so well and then i went to a pub and had an apple crumble. Ive looked up homemade crumble is 230 cals and what i usually have from nandos is 600 cals so i think ill be 130 over, however ive had nothing extra after going food shopping and wont have anything now till tomorrow.

I now have 10 days until lent is over. No chocolate has touched my lips :)

Im getting so frustrated. My body just doesn't want to lose the poxy lb I am so desperate to lose to reach 60lb loss.

Im going full pelt with exercise this weekend, I don't care anymore I want this lb off by Monday.

Lunch, will be a Toastie from Wetherspoons.

Ive just walked from one side of town, down the embankment to the other side of town for uni this afternoon. I went into wetherspoons and ive had a ploughmans sandwhich with Salad (599 cals) so its a shake tonight with my other 2 snacks I have left.

Ive had one of my snacks. I had a packet of baked crisps. So i have one snack and one shake to come

I ended up going to the pub after uni and had dinner. I had a chicken and bacon salad which ive calorie counted as 165 calories. (which is the same as what McDonalds count as)

Well, im getting ever more annoyed with my stupid body and that it doesn't want to co-operate with weight loss. This morning I seemed to have put on a lb overnight!
Im doing so much exercise this weekend, anything to get this weight off

So far ive had - juicy Fruit Twist Fruit Salad - 151 cals

Tesco Light Choices Fruit Slices (Snack), plus 1 of the slices calories is added onto the breakfast calories.

salad with mixed crunchy leaves, Radishes and Celery. Plus 30g of Mild Cheddar Cheese and 1 WW wrap and a drizzles of Salad Cream (231 calories)

Wotsits (snack)

So, I have my dinner and another snack to come. I know what my boyfriend wants for dinner so he wont suprise me with anything but I want to have somthing different. Possibley fresh Chicken breast stirfrired with some Tomato Sauce and Pasta.


Ive had a small Apple (50 cals). Im going to prepare my dinner and wait for my boyf to come home and then i can cook them both at the same time xx

Thankyou hun, I don't know what im going to do if I dont get to 12st 8 soon. Ive gone through all my calories for this week and I should be losing as ive been under 1500 every day xx
 
My target weights 11 stone 8. I would like to get there by July, but its taken me 4 months to lose 10lb so far so im hoping to lose some more pretty quickly.
 
Thankyou, ill still be classed as overweight, but theres no way i can get to 10stone. x
 
Decided to do my measurements to see if that can cheer me up

Before:
Bust: 43 3/4 inches
Waist- 39 inches
Hips: 43 1/2 inches
Abdomen: 42 inches
Thighs: 24 1/2 inches
Upper Arm: 15 inches

Now: (31 March 2012)
Bust: 38 inches
Waist : 35 inches
Abodemen- 41 inches
Hips- 40 inches
Thigh: 24 inches
Upper Arm: 13 1/2 inches

Loss:
Bust: 5 3/4 inches
Waist: 4 inches
Hips: 3 1/2 inches
Abodmen: 2 inches
Thighs: 1 inche (1/2 inche off each)
Upper Arm: 3 inches (1 1/2 off each)

TOTAL LOSS : 19 1/4 INCHES

I have got lower but these are my starting measurements before I start my workouts again. I have decided to change my WI to Fridays now instead of Mondays. Mondays will be my last weigh in on a Monday, then it'll go to Fridays.
 
I have finally been able to do a full intensity workout without feeling dizzy or blacking out.. Im looking forward to carring on with the workouts I once used to do :) x

150g Fat Free Strawberry Yoghurt - 118 cals

I was 1 snack and 50 cals left. so ive had a WW marshmellow (48 cals) and a banana (100 cals)
