I have some digitial scales I got from Argos many moons ago. I threw away the other scales i brought from Asda as they were 10lbs out xx
 
Yeh the one i had were the dial ones that but these are always right and are in line with my doctors. Theyre actually my new besy friend especially when they show a loss!
 
Haha I obviously get weighed at WW meeting so i take that as what i am! I only wanna see I'm going the right way through the week but it can be disheartening when they bugger up lol! I am toying with the idea of getting WW scales but I dunno! :/ they tend to be expensive n will they be worth it!? I'm not sure!!! :) haha I'm so tight with money!

How are you feeling about this week then Kirsty!? X
 
Im feeling pretty good about this week, first week of being full pelt on the weight loss wagan. I have 1lb til ive surpassed 60lb loss, and 1 stone 2lbs till ive hit my target that i dont aim to be moving again :)

Ive just put some linen trousers on from last summer, Kaki size 16 from Primark. Theyre too big for me so im having to use the draw string to its best advantage :)
 
Aww that's Soo good Kirsty your doing so well ploughing on through all the highs n lows of weightloss! 60lbs what an achievement! I can not wait to be in the 12's and am hoping to be in them in the next 2 weeks... Fingers toes and eyes crossed I get 2 good losses ... Working hard to get there!

Your doing great getting down into these low sizes you must feel so proud of yourself ... Congrats on your 18 month anni too it's Soo sweet you mark every milestone :) x
 
Yeh im really happy! Its been a long hard slog that is finally coming to an end. Im hoping this last bit of weight wont take long to shift but u never know. Im going to start exercising as of tomorrow aswell. Just to help shift the rest.

It is amazing seeing the clothes sizes come down. I was originally a size 22, and at 5ft 3.5 im not the tallest person in the world but i feel so much more happier now then i ever have :)
 
Nobody can argue that you have worked hard and your practically half the woman you was... Although you looked great still and had such a fun personality! you are healthier happier and found love along the way what an amazing story :) reach for the stars Kirsty you have the determination to do anything... :D
 
awwwh, thankyou hun. You've made me blush! I am so happy that I have managed to lose this weight, its basically been all the way through uni ive managed to do it. Which has made me so much happier too. I want to be able to go to graduation in July and say ' I have lost 5 stone' and it will be done :)

I think meeting Dave has been an added bonus. I didnt set out to attract someone through weight loss, but it just happened to be that way and he is so supportive over it. I was honest, he knows my problems and has helped me with them whatever way he could. Hes just amazing! :)
 
Awh Thanku sweetie. Roll on graduation is what I say. Ive even managed to sort out an exercise routine over the easter period when ill be working in the library at uni. Going to get going on the bleep test soon.

Everything feel so much better, I can now finally hear my lectures, im not afriad to wear my hearing aid and people actually see it, and Im making friends with people i would never have even approached before.

Morning All.

Morning!!!

What a lovely sunny day it is. :)

Well today, I have a day of work,work and more work.

I woke up late this morning, So I didnt have any breakfast. As it was so late waking up i thought there was no point so i popped to subway.

I got a footlong, but i got a veggie delight. Which is Wheat bread, No cheese, no meat, lettuce, cucumber, tomato and red pepper. Im just working out the calories now :)

A Footlong is 446 cals. So i can still have my 3 snacks and my evening meal. At the moment im not hungry for the second part of the sub.

My evening meal will be a Yorkshire pudding dinner with some meat in the middle (330 cals) and a WW yoghurt (50 cals). I may have some velvet crunch crisps with my lunch.

I didnt have my yorkshire pudding in the end as my friend invited me round hers for dinner. So she made. Pasta, half a chicken breast in Tomato Sauce. It was yummy and approx 400 cals. I also had a WW caramel Crunch for my pud that was 177 cals. So thats my evening meal. So, I still have 2 snacks left, for my munchies in the evening.

edit ------ I've had my 2 snacks an apple and 2WW cookies.

Another very good day today. Im doing a Mile walk tomorrow for Sport relief , that should be fine :)

Morning,

Well this morning, Ive had a meal bar and thats been it. Im doing the Sport Relief mile today, and weigh day tomorrow.
 
I completed my mile in 16 minutes 29 seconds. I walked half and ran half. :)

So, Ive had
Breakfast- SF Bar

WW Cookies - Snack

Lunch- WW Bagel - 155 cals
Olive Oil spread- 55 cals
Marmite - 0

Velvet Crunch Crisps - Snack

dinner- yorkshire pud with beef and gravy - 350 cals
WW yoghurt - 52 cals

snack- A monster energy drink - 117 cals.

Piddled off beyond believe. Didnt lose what I wanted, I didnt cheat this week, did exercise and im 12stone 9.6lbs Not even a lb off. Why do i bother somtimes :(

Well ive composed myself and im ready to slog it out a little bit more. So here I am, back at uni and raring (ha) to go. So, I've had a porridge this morning (214 cals) and thats it. Im in uni until 2pm today.

Subway mini Veggie Delight (kids pack) - 171 cals

2x WW Cookies ( Snack)
WW Marshmellow (48 cals, these are going to be added to the calories from lunch)

Dinner- 1/2 pkt of Stuffed Pasta
Garlic Bread
= 515 cals

Snack- Small 99 icecream (no flake) - 140 calories
Walked for 40 minutes around the embankment and town - 233 calories burnt.

Im going to have a WW Toffee cheesecake thingymajiggy - 170 cals.

Tomorrow, its my last ever lecture for sociology and one of my main core subjects, so we're having a mini party. I aparently have been made a vanilla cupcake.... (calories!!! ahhhh!)

So Brekkie will be

Slim Fast Shake

Cupcake - Snack (maybe 2)

Lunch - SF bar or Fruit Salad

Snack - Wotsits

Dinner- Fish n chips meal
 
Everythings gone straight out the window today, didnt get to finish things we were doing til gone 3, so i had a working lunch. I ended up with a chicken ceaser wrap and some wotsits, and some fruit gums. and a bottle of energy drink. Whooops. Lots of walking tonight then me thinks.
