What a lovely sunny day it is.
Well today, I have a day of work,work and more work.
I woke up late this morning, So I didnt have any breakfast. As it was so late waking up i thought there was no point so i popped to subway.
I got a footlong, but i got a veggie delight. Which is Wheat bread, No cheese, no meat, lettuce, cucumber, tomato and red pepper. Im just working out the calories now
A Footlong is 446 cals. So i can still have my 3 snacks and my evening meal. At the moment im not hungry for the second part of the sub.
My evening meal will be a Yorkshire pudding dinner with some meat in the middle (330 cals) and a WW yoghurt (50 cals). I may have some velvet crunch crisps with my lunch.
I didnt have my yorkshire pudding in the end as my friend invited me round hers for dinner. So she made. Pasta, half a chicken breast in Tomato Sauce. It was yummy and approx 400 cals. I also had a WW caramel Crunch for my pud that was 177 cals. So thats my evening meal. So, I still have 2 snacks left, for my munchies in the evening.
edit ------ I've had my 2 snacks an apple and 2WW cookies.
Another very good day today. Im doing a Mile walk tomorrow for Sport relief , that should be fine
