Hey lovely... big hugs! I replied on the other thread :) but I think that it might be helpful to have a counsellor to talk to especially when all this is going on at moment... u are so strong and have nothing to be ashamed of! hugs... ur diary is looking good - glad u have enjoyed ur weeklies xx

I just had no one to talk to! My OH has had a lot of cr** in his life and I'm always the strong one that sorts him out and he has never seen me weak. So when things get a bit much I struggle to tell him things...

My mum runs a mental health charity and would kill me if she knew I was seeing a counsellor shortly, also need to keep strong for my Grandma and not show I'm upset!

I was like this at school I bottled everything up (when my gran died when I was 11 I nearly had a nervous breakdown got very aggressive and lost all my friends) which is probably why I have to see a counsellor now!!

But theres no use being sad and I'm never sad for long so chin up :) and ill be just fine :)

Going to OHs Dads for dinner today and don't know what we are having so im worried! It will probably be Sunday Dinner! Will have to look at pps now! Eek!

Gravy = Allowing 4pp
Cheese Sauce = 4pp
Shredded Fatless Beef/Pork or Lamb (slow cooked) = allowing 6pp as I don't eat much :)

My mum has a lot of her own problems and is quite dismissive when it comes to mine! She saw my counsellors letter and I lied and said it was for my food problems.
Up until 6 months ago she thought I was a hypochondriac until she realised id been telling the truth about how ill I've been! It's best that I leave her out of it although I love her loads!

Mum took me to town today and I went to look at that dress I want for my birthday from M&S the gorgeous autograph one and it wasn't there. I asked someone and she said it had gone into the sale!!! I was SO gutted!

Then she said she would just check downstairs and came back with a size 16 Eek! Tried it on and it fit!!!

It was 70.00 reduced to 6.00 :eek: I'm so chuffed! My mum bought it for me! Can't wait to wear it on my birthday!
