Had a brilliant weekend thanks......won't bother trying to record what I've had but will try to mfp it at some point......made lots of bread cos I've got a machine over there so have eaten lots of it too

Had quite a lot of alcohol too, didn't feel like being abstemious, felt like getting pissed.....so did did hours of gardening yesterday though, it got to 26 degrees in the garden! I've got a huge garden thermometer to record it.......I was weeding in just a vest! Well and trackies obviously!

Thx Molly, our house is only 72 miles from St Malo but it's in the Gulf of Morbihan which has it's own micro-climate. Last summer it was pretty much 38 degrees every day.....bliss

This summer I will be thin enough to enjoy it too

Busy, busy, busy.....seriously dunno how I am going to find the time to work! Been in the garden for the last two days, tidying up and making good, got strap marks from my vest, might put a bikini top on to or row if it stays fine then I can start my new job in a smart, sleeveless dress!

Today's food.....

B fruit n fibre, milk, banana, vitamin C. Drink
L large mixed salad, chilli and coriander king prawns, 2 pears
Snack chocolate finger thingy from M &S
D 3 sausages, mashed potato, baked beans, liegeoise dessert
Hot choc

Total 1640, 1214 net after exercise. Loads of calories in the sausages but they were yummy!

It sure is good to be alive was wondering if my new employer might like to wait until September before I start work?! Might even put some snorts on tomorrow, haven't worn them since 2004.....

So jealous of your really warm weather, its nicer over here at the moment, but just not to the temps that you are getting. Aint it great to have spring just around the corner, and dont forget (dont know about Jersey though) that the clocks go forward this weekend.

Yup, gorgeous again today......clocks go forward here too but we're in France again this weekend - got a new flower bed to dig and plant up - presumably the same there too? I wish that we'd adopt European time, it's still quite light at 11 at night in France......
