Been hungry ALL day and have had to fight the urge to have a ton of toast!
Today's food.....
B fruit n fibre, milk
L salad and garlic king prawns. 2 pears
Snack 3 chocolate fingers
D three fat slices of toast (my home-made bread) elf spread, 2 boiled eggs. Paul is out for dinner so I had my favourite supper
Hot choc
Total 1629 calories, 1129 net after exercise
Today's food.....

Made up for it today though, missed lunch cos I had to have a filling....very big deal cos I've only got three! So came home and had three of those chocolate fingers......no time for anything else as I'm just off to get a haircut......

Oh me oh my! Countdown well and truly on! I'll bet ur gonna go through a rollercoaster of emotions this week!
I wud also put money on you losing a good chunk of weight aswell, thru nervous excitement etc - bit like the last few days b4 u get married when something you've been working towards but feeling like the day will never arrive is suddenly no longer in the future but looming NOW lol... Also busy rushing around with last minute arrangements, that ur metabolism will hit the roof!
Not that I doubt you'll take it all in ur stride outwardly; inwardly your body may get you into that next stone after all lol xx

Got back last night and the trip was uneventful but this morning it was very foggy and the ferry back from France hit a fishing boat and killed a French fisherman.....can't believe it, so awful for the poor man and his family. I always worry when it's bad like that and we're out on our own boat cos the radar is ok but the ferries are bloody fast and seem to come out of nowhere!
So......OMG am I nervous or what? You're dead right Ness, I was up on the scales this morning, obviously as I've been in France all weekend, so had a shake and a bar do far. Did 60 minutes on the treadmill and another 5 hours in the garden here! Just come in and I'm knackered. I so want to look good next week cos I'm going in at the top and the only female director on the board and it's been so long since I worked and I don't want anyone to know how I'll I've been in recent years unless I choose to tell
them:sigh: so got to pick out a week's worth of working wardrobe which is another dilemma! Don't know if it's the sort of place where I need to wear a suit or if I can wear a dress and a cardi?? Only met two guys at my interviews and obviously they were suited n booted! Sorry am waffling, be back soon......

Like button - have we? How exciting - are u on phone or pc? I'm looking on my phone now and can't find it, however next to share, report, quote etc, there is a box but it doesn't say what it is - but it 'ticks' - is that maybe it?????
Re fisherman - that is so tragic! Yet another example of how life can be do fleeting - we really must live for the day!!
Job - ur gonna be fab! Clothes I havenae a scooby! I'm guessing ur gonna suit up on first day at least and gauge from there! But you could do dress and suit jacket but with a cardi in bag so u arrive all suited then relax into cardi and into your new squishy super dooper exec chair in ur corner office with en-suite powder room and couch/coffee table area for meetings - where ur chair will of course will slightly higher than others to give them feelings of inferiority pmsl xx

Just been having a trying on session.....think it's gonna depend on the weather but it's looking like smart dresses and little jackets, cardies if I deem it appropriate....don't want to overdo it as could look just as bad as turning up scruffy not that I would of course.......
When did you last work and what did you do? Am I being silly not wanting people to know that I suffered burn-out and have had loads of operations in recent years? X
