I am feeling even better today, I weighed in this morning and "only" put on 1.5lb!! I am really chuffed with that as I was expecting at least 3lb!!! :D:D

I usually take my little girl to Baby Group on a Friday Morning but it is a 40 minute bus ride and then a 20 minute walk away, as it is pouring down I am taking a raincheck and having a Play Day at home. She has enough toys to stock Toys R Us so she won't get bored!!
 
A new week for me and I am going to be good. I am going to save up my syns for a Cocktail Night which we have arranged with MIL on Thursday.

We stayed in last night, had Chinese Takeaway and watched Avatar, it is SUCH a good film, I usually have the attention span of a gnat but sat there entranced for the whole 2 hours 35minutes!! I don't know why it took me so long to watch it but it was fantastic, I would recommend it to anyone who hasn't yet seen it!!

Friday - Green Day

I am losing my motivation and feel all down in the dumps, it is the week before * week and my tummy is sooooo bloated, I feel as if I have put a stone on and dont feel slim at all :(

We were up at 6.30am on Sunday Morning to go on a roadtrip to Matlock in Derbyshire which is about 80 mile drive from us, we went through the Peak District and it was gorgeous, Matlock itself is stunning, it's just a shame that it was pouring down otherwise we would have spent longer there. I am proud of myself as we went into a cafe for lunch, I chose Poached Cod with chips & mushy peas and gave the chips to my husband and baby! Plus I resisted the white buttery toast which the baby didn't want and we left it!

Sunday - Green Day

Lunch: Poached Cod (HEB) with Mushy Peas

Tea: Roast (Quorn Peppered Steaks, Mashed potatoes, Mushy peas, Gravy (1.5 syns)

Back to work today after being off sick last week so back to my better eating habits!!

Hubby has the baby this week whilst I am in work, so I can get in early and leave earlier than usual so I got home early enough to cook us all the same tea. We tried the baby with Quorn Chilli for the first time (I took hers out before I added the hot chilli powder ;) ) and she wolfed the lot!!! I am soooo chuffed, she was saying "Mmmmm" with every mouthful!!

Amelie is 18 months, she is my Thumbelina, she was born 7 weeks premmie and is only about 18lb now!! She's still in 9-12 month clothes, bless her!! She's my little mate, so funny at the moment!!

Yeah I am going to treat myself a few times on hol but hopefully will still keep a record of what I have eaten & then do a big update when I get back!!

I hope to lose the 1.5lb I put on last week but with * week round the corner I don't think this is goina happen ;)
 
Busy day in work again today, I had a meeting at 12.30-2pm, then another 2-3pm and then another 3-4pm!! I was inb work for 7.30am this morning which meant I could leave at 4.45pm so I got to see Amelie before her Gremlin Hour (the hour before she goes to bed) kicked in ;)

We all had the same tea tonight, it was a bit of a quick one as hubby is out at band practice tonight.

Today was graduation day at work and they had a party upstairs with free wine and a buffet, I had decided to take the car in so there was no temptation to drink the fizzy stuff ;) There were gorgeous mini scones with fresh cream & strawberries too but I left all the buffet food and went back down to the office to have my salad & strawberries and then went back up later, very proud of myself!!

Tonight (Thursday) is a cocktail night with me, my mother in law, 3 of her friends and one of my friends, it is going to be very "synful" ;). There is a place in Liverpool which do £3 cocktails from 5-7pm and then we will go through to the bistro and have a meal there. I will have to make sensible choices as it is my last WI tomorrow for 2 weeks as we go away late morning for a week.

I am back, but with my head hung!!

I tried to stay on plan but it was nigh on impossible so I am starting again on Sunday and doing 5 days out of 6 as Red Days before I go away again on Saturday to Devon.

I have missed MM's!!

Did you go totally off plan hmmm? I've sorta had a week off too...I was off plan last Fri-Wed...stayed on plan on Thurs and am very tempted to go off plan again tonight, draw a line under it and start again tomorrow 100%...eek! I've gained like 5lbs this week :( boo!

Yeah I pretty much went off track, the funny thing is that I really didn't want to but kept getting the "oh but you're on holiday" line thrown at me and felt a bit like I had to? I had fudge, Jelly Belly Jelly Beans, Cheese, meals out etc etc, I missed WI today as I was away but will WI tomorrow morning instead so I know what the damage limitation is.

The sad thing is that we go away again a week tomorrow for a week, I am just going to have to try & be good. I have arranged that me, hubby, my sister and her hubby all do a Come Dine With Me style main course each night so I will make sure mine is SW friendly (I am thinking of doing a BNS Risotto).

I am off to do a bit of catching up once I have put madame to bed and have uploaded my photos onto Facebook! xx
 
Ok so I am back and raring to go again!! I have probably put sooo much weight on but am going to try for a Red/Low Carb Week to try & shift some of these pesky lb's.

I was half on/half off plan today as it was MIL's last day here before she flew back to Australia :cry: so I will start my diary properly again tomorrow as I am back in work again and I find it easier to stick to plan when I am in work!!
 
Well I am back and doing a few Red Days to try & kickstart my losses again (or actually to try & prevent a gain on Friday). I was really bad over the weekend so I am going to try & limit my syns as much as possible, I want to have a minimum of 5 a day from Monday - Thursday and only managed 3.5 today but it wasn't intentional, I just wasn't hungry!! I am also doing a part fishy week to see if that helps!
