SaraC's Pescetarian Diary (SW & WW)

So as stated above, I had a 5lb gain on the scales on Friday morning, gutted but what can I do? This week I am going to stick to plan 100%, I have planned next weeks meals and done our grocery shop so it's salad for lunch and then a carb based tea (it is * week and I NEED carbs), then next week I am going to do a week of Red Days. I need to get to target, no more messing round for me.

On Friday we invited friends round for dinner & I cooked a 2 course SW meal for them which went down VERY well, 12 months ago I wouldn't have been able to do this, so thanks to SW :D

Sara, you know that once you're back on plan that 5lbs will just melt away :) don't be too gutted over it. You were off plan on your holidays and you've enjoyed yourself which is the main thing.

Now it's time to jump back on the wagon and make some of your delicious SW style meals :) don't worry too much about your gain because we both know it'll be gone soon enough :) xx

Saturday we went down to Trentham near Stoke on Trent to meet some of my friends and their babies, there is a Monkey Forest there which was fab, we made a picnic but I thought it was more SW friendly than it actually was.

Hi Linzi,

Thanks for dropping by! :D Yeah I am going to be really good this week now and try & melt the 5lb off, I would normally do a week of Red Days but it is * week and I need carbs so badly!!

How are you getting on?

It will disappear so quickly, I used to love taking Megan into work with me - not very productive days tho lol! ENJOY!

I had to take her in on the Friday before I went on hols and she sat there banging my ruler and highlighter together, making a right old racket but looking very pleased with herself!!

Fingers crossed the weight disappears although with * week in progress, I am not so sure

Well done for getting back on track which is the hardest thing after being away :)
xx

Hi Claire,

Nice to see you on here :D How are you getting on?

Yeah I am back on track 100%, this last 15lb has to come off before Christmas, I am determined!!!

Ahh you sound just like me, but as long as you had a good time and get back on track those pesky lb's should melt away!!

Yeah I am liking the idea of using the slow cooker a lot during the autumn and winter, especially with us working long hours, it will be nice to come home to tea already cooked!!

Just thought I would add a pic of my tea tonight, not the best presentation but hey, i was starving!!!
