Hubby made the Stir Fry tonight for tea and we decided to try our 16 month old baby with it (we held off the soy sauce whilst cooking and just added it to our portions) and she wolfed the LOT!! :D It just goes to show that SW really is family friendly!

Hey Sara

Just having a nosey. Was wondering, whats the Quorn Family Roast like? I saw it in the shop the other day and was tempted to buy it...but I'm the only quorn eater in my house and wasn't sure if it would be worth it. Though, if it's yummy I may have to get some and talk the unsupportive parentals into trying it :) x
 
Hiya GG,

I like it, it's like the Quorn chicken deli slices but thicker! The only thing is to make sure you don't cook it for too long, I had it with Pasta n Sauce but it's really nice with a roast too!

If your parents didn't want to try it just get it for yourself and then once cooked slice it up and put it in a tupperware box, I would have thought you could have it with a salad/pasta salad or something too!

It is amazing!! Filled up my chocolate cravings and used up my other HEB in the process! You get so much Nutella in 1 tbsp, yum!
 
I was in a real binge mood today so really enjoyed mopping up my syns with vodka hee hee!

Ok so the day started well, I WI and lost 1lb, it was * week too so I am double happy! But then it all went wrong, I ended up out for lunch with my sisters and had a crepe with mozzarella, mushrooms and tomato and then went out to Wagamama's for tea (healthy option chosen for starter & main) but then had the White Chocolate and Ginger Cheesecake for dessert, wine and then out in town for hubby's birthday and drunk lots of vodka, lime & soda, bad times!!

Anyway I will charge myself 50 syns and am going to draw a line under it and try and minimise the damage for the rest of the week!

Friday

Breakfast: 2 Pieces WW thick bread (HEB) with 2 LCL triangles (HEA) and Vegemite

Lunch: Crepe with Mozzarella, tomatoes & mushrooms

On Sunday we went to Oulton Park to watch the Qualifying for the British Superbikes, I planned ahead after my disasterous night on Friday and made SW friendly food to take with us!! :D

We had a bit of a strange tea tonight as whilst hubby was getting everything out for the risotto we realised we had 2 River Cobbler Fillets which needed using by yesterday, so we had Mushroom Risotto with fish fillets on the side!! It did taste delicious though :D
