Breakfast:
Apple.

Lunch: Carvery type meal thing -Turkey, chicken, carrots, new potatos, peppers, onions, pineapple, grapes, melon and 1 tbsp of single cream (2)

Dinner: Tesco Light Choices Sweet Chilli Chicken Noodles (5)

Snacks: 2 Alpen Light Bars (HEXB)

Breakfast:
Plain Oat So Simple (HEXB) made with skimmed milk (HEXA) and 1 tspn of sugar (1).

Lunch: 1 Tesco Light Choice Wholemeal Roll (HEXB) filled with wafer thin roast chicken. Apple and 1/2 punnet of strawberries.

Dinner: Broccoli and 2 pork chops (fat removed)

Snacks: Pickled onions, packet of Quavers (5.5) and 4 Mikado sticks (2)

Off-plan day today due to beer and curry festival.

Im actually alright about it! Normally I would be upset if I gained but today it doesnt bother me as i'm going to be expecting a gain come WI.
