Breakfast: Apple and a banana.

Lunch: Batchelors Golden Savory Rice.

Dinner: SW chips and Tesco Dusted River Cobbler (6)

Snacks: Ryvita Mini's (HEXB) and some SW quiche and a sachet of chocolate orange options (2)

Thursday 7th January 2010 (Red)

Breakfast: An apple, banana and a sachet of Oat So Simple (HEXB).

Lunch: 1/2 packet of Youngs Seafood Sticks and a muller light.

Dinner: Two roast chicken breasts with tomato ketchup (2)

Snacks: 2 Alpen Light Bars (HEXB) and a packet of Quavers (5.5)

Total Syns: 7.5

Friday 8th January 2010 (Green)

Breakfast: 2 banana's and some SW quiche.

Lunch: Sweet & Sour Mugshot and a packet of Ryvina Mini's (HEXB).

Dinner: Boiled rice with Quorn mince, onions, mushrooms and an oxo cube.

Snacks: 2 slices of toasted Nimble (HEXB) with 1 tbsp of peanut butter (5) and 2 Mikado's (1)

Saturday 9th January 2010 (EE)

Breakfast: 3 rachers of bacon (fat removed), fried mushrooms, baked beans and 2 scrambled eggs.

Lunch: Jacket potato with 2 tspns of extra light flora (1). Muller light.

Dinner: Extra lean steak mince with passata, onions, mushrooms, oxo cuba and spaghetti pasta.

Snacks: 28g of Fruit and Fibre (HEXB), 2 Mikado's (1) and a packet of French Fries (4.5)

Lunch: Prawns mised in chow main noodles (dont know how many syns as the SIL looked it so going to count it as all my sins).

Dinner: Jacket potato with baked beans.

Snacks: Oat So Simple sachet with 1 tspn of sugar (1)

Lunch: Muller light, Low Fat Chicken Supernoodles and a packet of Ryvita Mini's (HEXB)

Dinner: Ask Resturant - Spagetti (which I was assurred from the cheif was dry boiled pasta so it was FREE!) in a chili tomato sauce (dont know how many syns so took this as all my syns for today - 10)

Snacks: HiFi Bar (HEXB)

Snacks: Tesco healthy living wholemeal roll (HEXB) with two tspns of jam (1) and a curlywurly (6)

Snacks: Cheese cake muller light (1) and 1/2 packet of skips (2.5)
