Breakfast: Pineapple chunks and 2 banana's.

Lunch: Pack of Youngs sead food sticks.

Dinner: Rump steak with vegetables and 1 tspn of tomato sauce (1).

Snacks: HiFi bar (HEXB) and a Kitkat (5.5)

Total: 6.5 syns

Friday 11th December (EE day)

Breakfast: 2 Ryvita's (Speed HEXB) with Cottage Cheese.

Lunch: Low Fat Supernoodles.

Dinner: Fish shop with (no batter - yes, I amazed myself too!), 2 Asda 50% fat free sausages (2) and pasta in sauce (0.5).

Snacks: Scan bran cake (3), 2 Mikado's (1), small handful of crisps (4)

Total: 10.5 syns

Breakfast: Banana.

Lunch: Batchlors Pasta in Sauce (0.5) and 2 Alpen Light Bars (HEXB).

Dinner: 2 Asda 50% fat free sausages (2) and a pot noodle (6.5).

Snacks: Grapes

Breakfast: Tesco Light Choice Wholemeal Roll (HEXB) with sliced chicken.

Dinner: Roast beef, roast potato's, mixed vegetebles and gravy (1).

Snacks: Grapes

Dinner: 4 Morrisons Eat Smart Diet Pork Sausages, runner beans and gravy (1).

Snacks: HiFi Bar and 4 Mikado's (2)

Tuesday 15th December (Green day)

Breakfast: Oat So Simple (HEXB) made with skimmed milk (HEXA).

Lunch: Bacon flavour low fat super noodles.

Dinner: Boiled rice and 1/2 a can of Stagg Vegetable Chilli (1.5)

Snacks: Pickled onions, 2 Alpen Light Bars (HEXB) and a packet of French Fries (4.5)

Total: 6 syns

Wednesday 16th December (EE day)

Breakfast: Banana and fresh pineapple.

Lunch: Work roast dinner - Turkey, new potatoes, carrots, parsnips, brussle sprouts, roast potatoes. For pudding I had a strawberry charlotte. Going to count is as 4 syns for the dinner and 8 syns for the charlotte.

Dinner: Pasta with extra lean miced steak, sweetcorn and passata.

Snacks: HiFi bar (HEXB)

Total: 12 syns

Hello Wifey...just checking in on you. Very impressed - you're doing really well. You're rocketing closer to goal!
Sometimes I look at your diary and go 'woah' she's hardly eating anything and wonder how you do it! But other days I don't think that at all...It just seems very normal food.
Do you just have that kind of relationship with food where you can eat a packet of seafood sticks for lunch at in be enough?! *interested*
 
Yeah a whole packet of fish sticks for lunch normally does it for me, probably because it takes me ages to eat them as i keep getting distracted!

Do you not think i'm eating enough then? Really struggling with eating fruit and veg at the moment, just dont like it! xxx

Lunch: Batchlors Pasta in Sauce (0.5) and some Celebrations.

Dinner: Starter: Breaded Goats Cheese. Mains: Full Roast Turky Dinner. Pudding: Christmas Pudding. (Loads of syns)

Snacks: Mince Pie (12)
