Breakfast: Necterine, banana and an apple.

Lunch: Pasta, tuna and sweetcorn mixed with 2 tbsps of extra light salad cream (2)

Dinner: Egg noodles, chicken and mixed vegetables.

Snacks: Hifi bar (B) and a Caramel Freddo (5)

Wednesday 3rd March 2010 (Red)

Breakfast: Banana and an apple.

Lunch: 2 slices of small Hovis wholemeal (B) with roast chicken and 1 tbspn of tomato sauce (1).

Dinner: Turkey breast steaks and cauliflower cheese (1) (made with quark, milk, salt, pepper and parmasan cheese)

Snacks: Apple, pickled onions, 2 Alpen Light Bars (B), 12.5g Milky Bar (3.5)

Breakfast: 4 Quorn sausages and a banana.

Lunch: Low fat supernoodles, apple and 2 Alpen Light Bars (B)

Dinner: SW Spag Bowl (extra lean mince, onions, mushrooms, yellow pepper, passata and pasta).

Snacks:
WW Hula Hoops (3.5) and a 12.5g Milky Bar (3.5)

Lunch: Bacon, onion and mushroom SW Quiche and a Mug Shot.

Dinner: 1/2 can of Stagg Silverado Chili (2.5), boiled rice and 1 tbspn of grated parmasan (1.5)

Snacks:
Hifi Bar (B), pickled onions and a fun size milky bar (3.5)

Hifi Bar (B), pickled onions and Quark mixed with an 11g sachet of Options wicked white (2.5)

Just wondering SJ, how are you going to maintain your weight. I notice you havent up'd your syn's or HEB's just wondered how you are supposed to maintain.
