Sunday 4th April 2010 (Green)

Breakfast: An apple.

Lunch: Low fat super noodles and a boiled egg.

Dinner: Heinz Ravioli (2.5) and smash.

Snacks: 4 slices of Nimble (2xB) and a tbspn of honey in each sandwich (5)

Total Syns: 7.5

Monday 5th April 2010 (Red)

Breakfast: An apple and 2 slices of nimble (B) with bacon (fat removed)

Lunch: An apple and some roast chicken.

Dinner: 4 tesco light choices sausages (4) with cauliflower.

Snacks: Hifi bar (B), small milky bar (3.5) and Quark mixed with 11g Options Belgium Drinking Chocolate (2)

Total Syns: 9.5

Tuesday 6th April 2010 (Green)

Breakfast: An apple and 2 wheatabix (B) and skimmed milk (A).

Lunch: An apple, mugshot and some low fat supernoodles.

Dinner: 2 quorn fillets and some Batchelors savory rice.

Snacks: Hifi bar (B) and a
Malteser Bunny (8)

Total Syns: 8
 
Wednesday 7th April 2010 (Red)

Breakfast: An apple, pineapple and muller light.

Lunch: A banana and 2 sliced of Nimble (B) with tesco cooked ham.

Dinner: Spiced extra lean mince and broccoli topped with cottage cheese and 2 seperated eggs all baked together and tbspn parmasan cheese (1.5)

Snacks: Hifi bar (B)
, Total 0% with a tbspn of honey (2.5) and some WW chilli nacho's (3.5)

Total Syns: 7.5

Thursday 8th April 2010 (Green)

Breakfast: An apple, pineapple, banana and some tesco light choices cottage cheese.

Lunch: 2 Alpen Light bars (B), mugshot, a small tin of sweetcorn and an apple.

Dinner: Pasta mixed with mushrooms, onions, cherry tomatos and 2 tbspns of creme freche (3)

Snacks: Hifi bar (B)

Friday 9th April 2010 (EE)

Breakfast: Left over pasta, onions, mushrooms, cherry toms and creme freche (1.5). Muller light.

Lunch: Steak, jacket potato and grilled tomatos.

Dinner: KFC chicken SW style using nimble as my HEXB and baked beans.

Snacks:
2 McVities chocolate digestive (8)

Total Syns: 9.5

Saturday 10th April 2010 (Red)

Breakfast:Oat So Simple (B) with sweetener, chopped banana and semi-skimmed milk (A)

Lunch: An apple, some cooked ham, 2 poached eggs, fri(light) mushrooms, onions and cherry tomatos.

Dinner: 4 Morrisons Eat Smart Pork Saugages (2) and broccoli.

Snacks:
Hifi Bar (B) and a packet of sweet chili snack a jacks (4.5)

Total Syns: 6.5

Breakfast: A pear and 2 slices of toasted Nimble (B) with cooked wafer thin ham.

Lunch: Muller light and some pickled onions.

Dinner: Beef hotpot (beef, mushrooms, onions, carrots, oxo cube, paprika, salt and pepper) mixed with 1 tbspn of reduced salt bisto gravy granules (1)

Snacks:
Hifi Bar (B), 28g of popped sweet Butterkist popcorn (5.5)

Lunch: Low fat supernoodles, an apple and a pear.

Dinner: 2 Quorn sausages, SW chips, baked beans and a poached egg.

Snacks:
Hifi Bar (B), 11g wicked white options sachet (2.5) mixed with Quark.

Total Syns: 2.5
 
Tuesday 13th April 2010 (Red)

Breakfast: An apple and a pear.

Lunch: 2 sliced of Nimble (B) with tesco wafer thin cooked ham and an apple and a pear.

Dinner: Birds Eye Simply Salmon with cauliflower.

Snacks:
2 slices of Nimble (B) with 2 tbspns of honey (5), pickled onions and a 11g wicked white options sachet (2.5) mixed with Quark.

Lunch: An apple, SW coleslaw (1) and low fat chilli chicken supernoodles.

Dinner: Spaghetti pasta, quorn mince, passata, onions and mushrooms.

Snacks:
2 Alpen Light Bars(B).

Thursday 15th April 2010 (Red)

Breakfast:A pear and 4 original ryvita's (B) with tesco light choices natural cottage cheese.

Lunch: Packet of Youngs Seafood Sticks.

Dinner: Diced turkey breast , cauliflower, broccoli and tomato sauce (1)

Snacks:
2 Alpen Light Bars(B) and 28g of popped sweet butterkist microwave popcorn (5.5)

Total Syns: 6.5

Friday 16th April 2010 (EE)

Breakfast: Oat So Simple (B) with skimmed milk (A)

Lunch: Low fat supernoodles and some batchelors cheese and broccoli in sauce made with water (0.5)

Dinner: Duck breast (fat removed) with boiled rice and 1/2 sachet of blue dragon hoi sin and garlic sauce (4.5)

I have no fruit or veg in the house so know this isnt a very good example of an EE day. Plus im all upset and emotional today and carbs seem to be the only thing keeping me going!
 
Saturday was a complete write-off day! So back on plan now and kicking off with an EE day :)

Sunday 18th April 2010 (EE)


Breakfast: Oat So Simple (B) with skimmed milk (A) and sweetener.

Lunch: Mugshot, some pickled onions and an apple.

Dinner: Spag bowl (spaghetti pasta, extra lean mince, passata, onions, mushrooms and cherry tomatos)

Snacks:
28g of butterkist sweet popped popcorn (6)

WW cheese puff crisps (4)

Tuesday 20th April 2010 (Red)

Breakfast: Oat So Simple (B) with sweetener, skimmed milk (A) and 2 apples.

Lunch: 4 Quorn sausages with cooked ham with cherry tomatoes and an apple.

Dinner: 4 Morrisons Eat Smart Pork Sausages (2) and roasted onions, mushrooms, carrots and cherry tomatoes mixed with passata.

Snacks: Hifi Bar (B)
and 10 cola bottles (5)

Dinner: Boiled rice, sweetcorn and 1/2 can of Stagg Silverado Chilli (2.5)

Snacks: Hifi Bar (B)

SW quiche and a whole honeydew melon.

Lunch: Tesco mackerel fillets in tomato sauce, 2 sliced of Nimble (B) with sliced cooked ham and 1 tbspn of extra light salad cream (1) and a slice of SW quiche.

Dinner: Tesco lightly dusted haddock (5) and broccoli.


Snacks: Hifi Bar (B) and quark mixed with wicked white chocolate options (2.5)
