Breakfast:
An apple and a sachet of Oat So Simple (B) with sweetener and skimmed milk (A)

Lunch: An apple and a packet of low fat supernoodles.

Dinner: Boiled rice, mixed vegetables, Quorn chunks and 1/2 sachet of Blue Dragon Oyster and spring onion sauce (3.5)


Snacks: Hifi Bar (B) and WW cheese puffs (4)

Breakfast:
A pear and a banana. 2 slices of Nimble (B) with cooked ham and 1 tbspn of extra light salad cream (1)

Lunch: A pear, banana and Mugshot.

Dinner: Roast chicken and 1 tbspn of tomato sauce (1)


Snacks: Vienetta (6) and WW hula hoops (4)

Breakfast:
A pear and a banana. )

Lunch: A pear, 2 boiled eggs, 2 slices of white(!!) Nimble (B), 2 SW burgers, sliced onion, sliced tomato, light mayo (2), seafood sticks, bacon (fat removed), and prawns.

Dinner: Hifi Bar (B)


Snacks: Quark mixed with wicked white chocolate powder 11g sachet (2.5)

Breakfast:
1/2 a melon and 1 pear.

Lunch: A pear, 2 slices of Nimble white (B) filled with tuna and 1 tbspn of extra light salad cream (1). 1 tin of tesco mackerel in tomato sauce.

Dinner: Duck breast (fat removed), broccoli and 1 tbspn of tomato sauce (1)

Snacks: Hifi bar (B), pickled onions and a packet of ready salted Walkers Lights (5.5)

Dinner: Boiled rice and 1/2 can of stagg silverado chili (2.5) with added onions and sweetcorn.

I am away with work all weekend so have bought things in preperation. I have got some fruit but its hard to get everything in on time! So hear is my diary for the next three days..I know it could look better though...

Friday 30th April 2010 (EE)

Breakfast:Ryvita minis (B), an apple and a WW strawberry tart yogart.

Lunch: Low fat chicken and herb supernoodles and a small chocolate cookie (3)

Dinner: Boiled rice and indian take away chicken tikka (not sure on the syns but lets say 7 to be on the safe side!)

Snacks:

Dinner: Beef and Tomato Pot Noodle (6.5)

2 slices of SW bacon and mushroom quiche

Lunch: WW yoghurt, 2 slices of SW bacon and mushroom quiche, 1 small wholemeal brown roll (b) with 1 light LC triangle (a) and marmite.

Dinner: Dinner time fail!!! I hada pizza and waaay to many chocolate chip cookies. At least I have it out of my system now i guess :(

Snacks: 1 celebration chocolate (2), 3 light LC triangles (a)
