Hey hun, I just chucken 50g of rice pudding into a saucepan (50g is enough for two people, so my OH had half of it with me) and added boiling water, a splash of milk and quite a lot of sweetener. I like mine quite sweet so chucked a lot of sweetener in, but you can do it at the end if you like so you know how sweet you want it. Let it cook for about 20 minutes with the occasional stirring. Job jobbed! I added honey with mine as I like the extra sweetness xx
 
sounds lovely, im going to try that for breakfasts on green next week!
How long do you think it lasts in the fridge for?
 
I was just wondering if i could make it the night before as i wouldnt like it hot
 
Dont see why not, but make sure u dont put it in the fridge until it has properly cooled and make sure you cover it very well.
 
Monday 10th May 2010 (Red)

Breakfast:
WW yoghurt and an apple.

Lunch: An apple and 2 slices of nimble (b) filled with cooked ham.

Dinner: Turkey theigh and stir fry veg

Snacks: 2 alpen light bars (b), ww cheese puffs (4) and 2 mini milky bars (7)

Total Syns: 11

Just looked at your pictures and you look amazing! the diffrence is really noticable. Your start weight/goal weight are similar to mine so its nice to see someone get there, although i dont think i could eat so little!

Had only got risotto rice but really wanted to try as as it has a high starch content I gave it a whirl and it's really creamy :D
Having some strawberries and grapes after my bath so will put some a ickle dollop of it ontop

Aw awesome stuff! Glad you liked it, sounds great with fruit, I normally just have jam with mine. I might try mine with almond extract next time as thats all I have flavouring wise in my cupboard :D
 
Tuesday 11th May 2010 (Green)

Breakfast:
WW yoghurt and an apple.

Lunch: Ryvita minis (b) and Batchelors Pasta in Sauce cheese and broccoli (0.5) made with skimmed milk (a) and water.

Dinner: 3 Quorn sausages, baked beans, SW onion bhaji's and roasted baby new potatoes with garlic powder and mixed herbs.

Snacks: 2 alpen light bars (b)

Total Syns: 0.5

Been away to Germany for four days, eaten like a right pig, seriously it was probably the most unhealthy holiday ever! Not weighingmyself until class next monday! Started SW again yesterday...

Sunday 16th May 2010 (Green)

Breakfast:
2 Alpen Light Bars (b)

Lunch: Tin of sweetcorn and some ryvita minis (b)

Dinner: Pasta in Sauce Broccolli and cheese (0.5) made with semi skimmed milk (a) and water.

Snacks:

Total Syns: 0.5
 
A tin of sweetcorn isnt really a proper lunch? :/
 
Yeah the only reason I ate so little yesterday was because I was driving home from Germany! It was a good 6 hour drive so didnt get home until 8pm, by the time I ate the pasta it was nearly 9pm and all I wanted to do was go to bed!

Yeah we did have a good time thanks, tried lots of local foods like the samous bratworst sausage, huge pizza's, brioche, poppy seed bread etc etc!!

Lovely thanks, to be honest though, im glad to be back on it today! Watch this space, im starting afresh with full syns and lots of food variety! x
 
Monday 17th May 2010 (EE)

Breakfast:
2 Quorn sausages, baked beans and a poached egg.

Lunch: An apple, WW yoghurt and Tesco Prawn and Tuna Sushi (1.5)

Dinner: Home made SW prawn and chicken curry with boiled rice (3) The curry is made with cooked chicken, prawns, onions, chilli's, low fat creme freche, mustard powder, curry powder, chicken stock, mushrooms, cherry tomatos and peppers.

Snacks: 2 Alpen Light Bars (b), Quark mixed with an 11g sachet of wicked white chocolate options (2.5) and pickled onions

Total Syns: 7

Tuesday 18th May 2010 (Green)

Breakfast:
WW yoghurt and an apple.

Lunch: Ryvita mini's (b), an apple and a packet of low fat super noodles.

Dinner: 1/2 can of Asda Smart Price Chilli Con Carni (0.5) with extra onions and cherry tomtaoes with boiled rice and 1 tbspn of grated parmasan cheese (1.5)

Snacks: 2 Alpen Light Bars (b), Mugshot, pickled onions and a mini milky bar (3.5)

Total Syns: 5.5
