Yea that makes sense like its a 'all rounder' pedometer,I have a two pound off voucher for a pedometer so that helps.You going for a walk later?

Thank you :) got taken to Rome on my 21st birthday and he proposed :) bet Lola will love it! We're gonna nip to tesco on the way home to get veg and meat for a lovely Sunday roast!! May get a ww pudding for afters. Let me know how ur stew turns out

Yeh it were lovely :) I earnt 6pp from my walk :) took around an hour and a half, up and down hill walking fast! Looking forward to my dinner yummmy!

That's good you still have some points left.Ive just finished mine for the day,had my cadburys creme egg as had enough points for it,lol.You did well again with your walking.We took Lola for a nice walk tonight.Glad you enjoyed your dinner,the Irish beef stew turned out really well,I've not cooked something like that before,OH made the dumplings lol
 
Ooo I hope u enjoyed ur creme egg :D I've got one more left in my Easter egg box, trying to save it lol. Glad your stew worked out well :) haven't had stew for ages! I've had 2 chilli rice cakes so now got 3 pp left but don't think I'm gonna use them. First time I've EVER had pps left lol do u make sure u use your pps every day?
 
I enjoyed it very much lol.Yea I wouldn't worry bout using them up if you're not hungry,I've done 26 or 28 before but mainly do my full 29,yea the stew will be a must in winter!
 
I went down points and only found out on my calculator. I spoke to my leader about it and she said the whole time you are still loosing its fine to stay on higher points but if your weight plateaus then you should reduce them. Hope it helps

Thanks for that,I've seen a couple of ladies who should be on 26 but stay on 29 as that used to be the old minimum and they eat better that way aswell.
 
Ahh ok least I'm not doing the wrong thing lol if it starts slowing down I'll just lower my points :)
