Yea I'm feeling hungry today,think cos went to sleep late so more hungry when tired,the OH is cooking tonight so that's handy lol shame you're hungry today aswell,yea been long time since done that DVD,I remember there's lots of cardio in it so that's good,found it before in the cupboard! will give it a go in the week sometime,that's good you used to do it when you couldn't go to the gym.
 
To be fair I'm always hungry lol
Soo here goes to a 100% week :)
Monday 16th April
Breakfast: porridge 4pp

Tea: most prob gonna have a ww ready meal but will update later :)
 
You can do it :0) well I'm a happy bunny today,lost 1.5lbs so am now 12.13.5 which means I've lost a stone in 7weeks and am finally back in the 12s since end of 2010 :0)
 
Thanks bout the diary and the congrats :0) never started a diary even when someone asked once and said they would follow it as thought it would be boring lol

You're doing well with your points :0) ok will start diary next week as will be 2 months of doing WW then and time to measure myself again.Did 40 mins Davina DVD tonight,was good,hard work but that's what counts lol
 
Yay :) I don't have anything to measure myself with but wish I had of got something at the start and measured myself!! Bet uve lost a fair few inches!! Well done doing 40 mins of the davina DVD must have been a killer! First time back at the gym in a week....I'm deffo gonna sleep well tonight lol
 
Yea it deffo was a killer lol,did better with it then I thought I would,need to get different weights like I used to have to do other workout on the DVD,mine are bit heavy to what I want to start off with and funny shape,might get the weights instead of the pedometer.And not sure whether to lose bit more before buying new jeans,yea measured myself after 4 weeks and had lost inches then.You could always start from now,I've still yet to take some photos lol best do that soon. Lol yup to sleeping well tonight,hope you enjoyed the workout.
 
Yeah weights are a good thing to get, I have a set of 3 different sized dumbells. I'm buying my friend pedometer off her for £10 as she never uses it so pretty happy with that :)
Yeah take some photos :D I've noticed my face has thinnes out in photos more than anything, gotta admit I do like looking at photos when I were at my biggest thinking thank god I don't look like that now lol
 
Lol good idea bout the photos,the OH informed me tonight that my face seems more boney lol in a nice way! That's good that you can get the pedometer that cheap off your mate,result!Yea I will buy some weights instead of the pedometer and get those photos taken ;0)
 
That's fantastic :) makes you feel good when u get a compliment doesn't it :) on sat night I saw a friend I haven't seen for a year or so and she were saying how great I look and fading away etc and just made me think I can do this :)

No I haven't looked,do you know where to get ok ones that aren't too dear?Aw that's good bout what your friend said,yea does give you a boost.It can be the smallest comment but it helps.
 
Erm I'd orob look Argos or tesco they seem to have them pretty cheap.

Ahh that's good then see if u can find so e decent ones :) I've woke up this morning not feeling horrible and bloated for the first time in a week :) yay!! Lol
