It's at the start where its says WW food diarys,WW weigh ins etc,,click on stickies at the top and it will be there.Aw reckon you can do it with the 12s next week.

Yeh I'm ok just been for a speed walk up the woods to make me feel better but not ate anything yet as I feel guilty and have no weekly or daily pp left so may have some fruit and sf jelly! It's my only slip up since Friday and I've realised how determind I am, it helps looking on here and realising I'm not a failure and everyone has bad days
Yea we all have bad days,am glad you feel better,I'm sure the speed walk has helped and you will be back on track for Saturday,ok bout food for tonight,so long as you're full up :0)
That's good you feel better,we do like to be hard on ourselves!Glad you've eaten,tonight had tuna steak in a lime and chilli sauce(came like that,not me making a sauce)lol boiled potatoes and peas,only 11pp and one of my fav meals right now.
