Sarah's new CD diary - 2 stone 2 lose!

Hi Mel,

Thanks due your post - defo gonna look into kettlebells (sp?) and I'm going to try a couple of different classes!

What is slim and save like? I enjoy the CD products and the routine of going to a CDC to weigh but it is expensive..

Good luck for your WI tomorrow - sorry 2 hear about your arm x

Hey Sarah :) yes slim & save is lovely so much more variety and alot cheaper than CD too. I'm a big fan lol aswell as CD of course.

Day 29 = Day 3 of 18 day SS Challenge!

Only just had my first shake... Been to take Hugo out for a long walk...

Having a lazy day really - going to look for holidays for Sept...

I wish I could have a dog to force me out on long walks haha! Where are you looking to go on holiday? I haven't been on holiday since I was 16 (so 5 years!!) and have been mithering the OH for the 3 years we have been together to go on hol, and he's going to bleedin' Amsterdam for the 2nd year running instead of booking to go somewhere with me :( Might just book to go away on my own!!

Went for a long walk with Hugo this morning them came home - sat and watched tv for an hour and thought I'm bored - there's nothing on... So went to the gym :)

Going for WI at 10:30 tomorrow morning then popping into Manchester with Lee for a look around and think I might have a SS+ meal depending on my loss tomorrow..

Looking forward to having a bar again after not having them all week.

P.S - I will not make the same mistake as last week and have something not on the SS+ meal plan as it kick started cravings etc

Hi Sarah,

I liked CD and my last CDC but she hit a job and became unreliable. I got fed up with my appointments being cancelled, etc.

Since I wasn't getting the support I figured I would save the money.
 
Day 30 = Day 4 of 18 day SS Challenge!

Just had WI and STS - better than a gain I suppose!
 
Just had my SS+ meal - went to Bem brazil and had meat (slices of chicken, gammon etc) and salad... I'm very full and will prob not have the other 2 shakes I have left for the day..

My CDC said if I'm struggling to have some SS+ instead of feeling guilty and blowing the diet all together - so my plan is to have SS+ meals on Sundays (WI days)

I've just booked a holiday to tunisia for 17th Sept - so I am get to my goal of 9st by sticking to SS/SS+ then work up the plans and really work hard at the gym - there is no way I'm getting to goal and then putting weight on before holiday.. I've never been slim enough or looked nice in a bikini - this year I will!!!
 
Oh lovely a holiday booked to keep you going... would u say by the end of July you will be eating normally.. ie at the end of maintaince? Atleast you will be skinny in time and get to enjoy your hols while eating again :)

Don't know how long it's going to take Shanny - I'm going to do all the steps correctly - I've got 16lb to get to goal and I want to do that on SS/SS+ then move up.... Ideally I would mind getting into the 8st - I've never been 8st something x
 
A week at a time :)

Right I've been thinking.... I really need to get to goal and I feel like I'm letting myself down....

I'm going to take this diet a weekat the time - so I've just completed my first month, now I'm concentrating on the next month... I'm not giving myself a time scale to get to goal or a date to move up planns but just to focus on getting through the diet for another week/month.

So here goes a week of SS - I have spoke to my CDC and she has agreed that I can have a little skim milk through the day to help me stay on track.

I need to be in this for the long run and if getting to goal is going to take a bit longer then I'm happy with that because this time I will get there and I will keep the weight off!
 
Great positive attitude and a good approach to achieving your goal. Stick with it this time and take it a day at a time. Try and include a walk with doggie every day and you'll see inches drop as well as the pounds!
