You've not done bad at all! If I'd have gone I would have stuffed my face haha. Even with the dessert, it's not going to do much damaged. Hope you enjoyed your day :)
 
Ha ha thanks guys - I actually feel like I was quite controlled... I love sushi and Indian and I stayed away from them...
Lee had a roast dinner and Indian lol and loads of desert :)

I'm defo going there again when I get to goal lol :)
 
Day 24 - back on SS 100%

Going to take the dog for a nice walk again today :)

This is my last until end of the month!!!

I'm having chicken and veg.

Really need to get my head back into it tomorrow!!! I will lose the last 16lb!!!
 
Enjoyed my chicken and veg but I had one of Lee's spare ribs :(
Really need to get back to SS - find it easier when I'm in work so glad to get back into a routine tomorrow..
20 days left until I was planning on moving up the plans so I'm going to make sure I'm am back on track....

I don't think I've done to bad - 2 days out of 24 I've not been 100%
 
I've just read your threads and I'm inspired. I gained 16lbs over Xmas that I've still not made the effort to lose, but go on holiday in 23 days so I'm starting SS tomorrow. I see you had a couple of SS + days but for the most part I assume just 3 shakes a day. My starting weight is 11.11!! That's for your posts it's motivated me...

Oh thank you what a lovely post - I don't feel very motivated at the moment and your message has really cheered me up.

I'm sure you'll be able to lose that in no time - its difficult to get back track but you've made the first step! And you've got your holiday to look forward to and its a fab incentive :)

I have mostly done SS (3 shakes a day) the days I have done SS+ I have just had an egg or a bit of chicken (so I've not had the full SS+ allowance)
I'll be back on SS tomorrow - so we can keep an eye on each other lol

I think as you say, taking the first step is half the battle. Plus for me, because I eat for other reasons besides hunger, I easily find an excuse to 'start tomorrow' but I have read your threads, and a few others and I think enough is enough, on it with you.

I think sometimes really weigh in results when people are losing a stone a week or 10lbs a week is inspiring but not that realistic for someone smaller of with less to lose. But I think a stone in 3 weeks is fantastic and if you keep going it'll be worth it.

Plus don't beat yourself up over eating an egg or dry chicken, that's bloody fantastic and still high protein food!!

My plan is 3 weeks shakes only in theory, with some exercise thrown in, but not much, then on holiday i'll increase my exercise considerable as I wont be doing cd on holiday, just sensible eating and see how things go..

Keep up the hard work, well done, you can be very proud!!

So far so good - I've decided if I'm really struggling I will allow my self 1 cup of tea (with milk) a day - this is a better option than eating...
 
Day 26...

If Im honest in feeling a bit fed up with the diet at the moment - Im tempted to move up to SS+ properly and stop having the odd day here and there....

I'm really going to try and do SS until Sunday and then see how I feel after WI
 
Move up to SS+ if you feel you need to. There's hardly any difference in weight loss between the two, and if it makes you feel a bit more normal then I'd go for it!! I do SS+ and the evening meal really helps. Hope you're having a good day :)

Not having a good day - I've cheated an had a hot chocolate from a coffee shop and I've just had a slice of coconut cake - today is a write off!!

I'm not going to waist any more shakes today they are two expensive to use on a day where I've been bad :(

I feel rubbish - its now Wednesday - I've prob put on weight since Sunday and don't think I'll lose it/any by next WI.
 
The only thing I can say is start fresh tomorrow. But it's easier said than done! When is your next weigh in? If you get back on it tomorrow you can at least do some damage limitation, and it won't be as bad as if you decided to just start again after your weigh in. I know you can do it :) All of the stuff you're missing out on will still be there to enjoy after the diet!

My weigh in is Sunday - I'm not going to have anything else today (no food or shakes) and get back on it tomorrow. I wouldn't leave it until Sunday to re-start that would be two much damage.
I feel awful for having a Hot chocolate and a slice of cake :(
 
Sarah don't worry about it but really you should have a terta before bed missy... plenty of days to ss before Sunday. Xx
 
Agreed have something tonight or you'll be starving!

Tomorrow is a new day and you'll still have 3 days to be 100%.

Just think, if you hadnt started CD you'd have eaten a lot worse.. so in the grand scheme of things - its not THAT bad.

(although i know exactly how your feeling!)
