Day 15

Going to get my roots done today :)

I went to primark yesterday and seen loads of lovely dresses but decided not to buy anything until I'm closer to goal.. I know I'll be a size 12 at goal but I'm going to put some money away this month to go on a shopping spree hopefully next month :)
 
Great idea to save up for a splurge when you reach goal. Well done on staying 100%.
 
Struggling a bit tonight.... Had my last shake earlier than usual - was going to have an egg or an extra shake but don't want to spoil WI tomorrow so Im talking myself out if it lol...

Tried some of my clothes on that were 2 tight today and they are fitting better already :)
 
Day 16 - weigh in at 12pm!!

I've been awake since 6am as my personal alarm clock (my puppy) will not let me have a lie in on the weekend!!

Gonna wait until after WI to have my first shake.

Update later......
 
Just had WI and lost 6lb :) weight now is 10st 4lb

I've decided to have an SS+ day today so I've had 2 chocolate tetras, cranberry bar and 2 boiled eggs.

Back to SS tomorrow, next Sunday I'm going to have another SS+ day and I'm going to go out for a carvery and have turkey and small amount of green veg..

Think having an SS+ day once a week will get me through...

Your doing really well :) great idea to do the pics each week, in the second lot you can really see the difference, you'll ge in those nice sumner dresses in no time ;)

I'm thinking another 2 weeks then start moving up the plans.

Been struggling a bit this weekend - but I'm fine at work so I'll be back into the swing of things tomorrow.

Thanks Jan, yeah I'm feeling a lot more positive :)
I'm determine to get to goal and move up the maintenance steps properly so I don't put anything back on.
 
Day 17

Feeling good today - I've got one of my shift dresses on for work that I've not been able to fit in for a while :)
I have my hair done on Saturday - its funny how it can make you feel so much better!

Plan for the next week is to have 2 tetras in work and my bar when I get home.

I really need to start exercising to improve my shape...
I was watching a diet program yesterday and someone lost a lot of weight and they got to 203lb and they looked a lot slimmer than me even though I'm 144lb - I get really frustrated that I look a lot bigger because I'm only 5"1 :(
 
Day 18

Had my bar when I got home last night and it didn't really do the trick - I would have preferred a hot chocolate tetra.... So I'm taking a shake and a bar to work today and will have the last shake before bed.

Can't believe Ive been 100% for 18days it's gone really fast...

I'm going to put a plan together later of when I'm going to start working up the plans etc.
 
You're doing great Sarah. Keep focussed and get into some exercise you enjoy. This will be key to help you maintain and regain the shape you want. Even plain old brisk walking 30 mins every other day is a start. Get that puppy out on the lead every day!!! That'll keep you trim!
Well done, you'll soon be at goal!
